i'd be excited to have these two meet outside of mermay! i can easily see her hitting up that journal post, because she's also a studious asian. also her mom is dead, so she never got that oppressive asian mom experience... well, technically her grandma raised her, so maybe she did? it's really headcanon territory, but i'd enjoy that coming up at some point, I think :0
