It's time for the monthly Activity Check!

Please refer to the Activity Check section in our Game Info page for complete details, but here is the quick list of what you need to know:

• Only threads dated from AUGUST 1st through AUGUST 31st will count. (Exception: certain backdated threads, TDM threads, read the sections for more details.)
  
  
• You must provide 2 threads of at least 5 comments each. The comment count is from your character. This means it must be some combination of 5+5. Not 6+4 or 2+8.
  
  
• Any thread counts, including those made within your own entries and subthreads within your own toplevels. Individual entry posts do not count.
  
  
• Continuation threads are considered as part of the previous thread so they count as one thread not two. Please link both separately so we don't get confused.
  
  
• Backdated threads can be counted so long as they 1) start in the previous month, 2) the majority of the comments are in the current AC month, and 3) was not used for the previous month.
  
  
• Test Drive threads will count, however we have a one TDM thread limit. Because our TDM is bimonthly, only the MONTH TDM will count for this AC. You cannot use the same thread from the previous AC.
  
  
• You are exempt from any checks for hiatuses that last for over 21 days. Anything less and you'll still need to submit your AC unless there are other circumstances.
  
  
• Because we are a capped game, there is no strike system. If you do not make the AC requirements, you will be cut.

There will be no warnings. All submissions are due WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31st 11:59PM US Central.

✵ BONUS INQUIRIES ✵

This is not required and completely optional, but included in the AC submission form is a field to allow players to note any special incidents, encounters, or discoveries that occurred in their threads. So if a character found some creature or a location, you are welcome to include it so we can add it to the setting. You are also free to comment for other submissions on the World Directory.

You can also make quest requests to be included in the upcoming Dream Boards. If possible we'll add them immediately, otherwise we'll save them for the next Board. If you don't have one in mind, you can post it later to the upcoming Mod Announcement.

Extra Note: Eustace went noctaere at the end of the month because Tifa almost died for like the 3rd time BUT IT WAS HANDLED THEY'RE OKAY. Though a cave around the Cliffs that used to house some lindwurms is now completely frozen over and still has some lingering nightmare energy around it. Eustace will have put up some warning signs and will be monitoring it, but should be cleared out by the end of the first week of September. It's not like some other large creature dwelling deep in there is soaking up all the nightmare energy, no— Okay no I had no plans, but I'm starting to think about it............

More positive note, a cave with some species of the Glowing Dawn flowers is somewhere around there. Not close to the place impacted by the nightmare energy, though, and still needs to be found.

Also not a quest but man this place needs some kind of counseling center to help people with nightmare energy problems LMFAO

Extra Note: Participated in the Eustace Noctaere player event.

For the dream board, he worked on getting things back and helping around with regard to the wind shenanigans throughout the month. Also participated in the Spicy Food Challenge and won. His suggestion would be a Grand Slam Meat Bowl as part of the menu.

He and Ema also found a bunch of bat-like chickens near the cliffs. I'll post a full write-up on these on the bestiary soon.
