hi hello! i'm byte and totally new to the game! i'm bringing this alien space robot, soundwave from transformers idw. he's taken from the end of the 2005 idw continuity, which means that he's not much of a villain anymore but just a tired mech who fought in a war for far too long. He's coming in here looking at it as some second chance of sort, though with a bit of a hang up with making connections or friends with anyone because all of his friends are dead and shits hurt him. lonely mech still needs friends

he's already gotten over his prejudice against organic lifeform, so no more looking at humans as inferior and such things. He's trying to be humble, understanding, and as friendly as he can be (still cynical, cold, and a bitter person tho). also learning more about humans because why not. he had exactly one human friend in canon.
