Sorry for the late response! It is possible to go back to the power plant to try scavenging for a couple of parts. He will find a few usable ones but many have deteriorated over time. Some of the dreammets may also come to help with maintenance as well. Just be sure not to have too many tag along as they will still need to maintain the plant out in the Wildlands.
