PLOT WITH ME: APRIL 2023 Welcome to Songerein's Plot With Me Meme! About: Velvet is as morally grey as they come. After betrayal, being turned into a daemon and forced into a three year long imprisonment where she had to devour other daemons like food, she only has one thing on her mind: vengeance, and she will stop at (almost) nothing to get it. She is a little cold, comes off as a bit selfish, and will often only do or accept something if it will benefit her in some way.

However, that doesn't mean she's completely devoid of feeling things! Deep down, she does care a great deal about the people at her side. She likes to cook and clean (but will never tell anyone that), and she's definitely the Big Sis/Mom of the group, and is pretty good with kids. Somewhere underneath it all, if anyone can reach those depths, is a woman who worries and cares, but is still coming to terms with her feelings on... well, everything.

PLANS
General:

🩸 My biggest priority with Velvet at the moment is just finding some CR. She needs some people who can convince her that she doesn't have to hate EVERYTHING about this place, and who can force her to HAVE FUN? And not be miserable all the time?
🩸 There may be something in the works for some nightmare energy/potential noctaere stuff in the future, so keep an eye out for that. Her malevolence is a ticking time bomb and has already started to go a little off the rails, though she's been doing a good job of tamping that down, but it's only a matter of time?
🩸 Really, I'm just finding as many ways as possible to expose her to nightmare energy, so if you have a character who might need some "help" with it, I'm listening. 👀
🩸 In March, Velvet got sucked up by the Slenderman during her encounter and absorbed a ton of nightmare energy, so she's been having a Bad Time with nightmares for the past couple of weeks... So, I'd like to explore the effects that this will have had on her in the long run.

Event: I'll be hopefully tagging around plenty with her, but I'm interested in doing all sorts of things! ~~Including murdering Rokurou for nominating her.~~ Anything and everything, really, but more specifically:

Daytime:
🩸 General activities, someone please force her into some kind of dance or something.
🩸 Flower viewing for some potentially soft Velvet.
🩸 Ambient pollen effects, mainly rose-tinted glasses, green with ivy, and violent violets.
🩸 Special games and activities would be fun if someone can convince her to do them!

Nighttime:
🩸 Dream egg mosaic hunt
🩸 She'll be able to help out that white stag, at the very least.
🩸 Lost your voice
🩸 Careful what you eat
🩸 She will be absolutely THRILLED that she is dressed up as a fairy again. (Not.)

RETURN OF FAIRY VELVET...! I'm very sorry, but Baldr will absolutely be delighted. I'd love to have them run into each other at any of the night events. Maybe the egg mosaic hunt or the food?

But yes! I'd be down for either one of those! I'm especially interested in the mosaic egg hunt so that would be fun. Were you planning to top level?

I will probably TL! If the residency recruitment post does unexpected numbers then I might just do closed prompts, but I'd be happy to have one up for Velvet either way.

Wrong journal but!! Yes, that would work! I also don't mind writing a closed starter either, but put me down for mosaic egg either way!

I might also toss Tifa at Baldr's journal post as well, if that's ok! Since she's equally invested in the "stay in Songerein" thing haha.

I'm so sorry! I got swamped with family things by surprise and now I'm wildly late to the party, so I totally understand if this month is a wash. But if you're still up for mosaics I have open things up here. Otherwise I'm always happy to plan again next time!
