Character: Ereshkigal | queenofkur Canon: Fate/Grand Order, right after the Christmas in the Underworld event.
About: Ereshkigal is the Goddess of Death. As a result, she is ignored and hated by gods and men alike because, who likes death? Furthermore, she can never leave the Underworld. The result is a mess of a goddess riddled with anxiety, self-esteem issues and a craving for validation. Her current form is the result of being summoned in the body of a particular human girl. Because it's more akin to a merging than a possession, she's inherited some traits from said girl (namely the ability to hold conversation and the realization that some of her past behavior was super embarrassing).
In spite of this though, she is considered to be the hardest-working goddess in her pantheon, as well as one of the wisest deity in ancient Mesopotamia. Unfortunately, it matters little when you're born with E-rank luck.
Abilities: Because she's a goddess, she has the kind of big flashy anime powers you'd expect. But because she exists as a pseudo-Servant, her powers aren't anywhere close to the scale of what she could do in her original form. Besides she doesn't like fighting, she only does it when necessary. Like say if someone steps on her flowers.
Speaking of flowers, her goal with dreamotion is to create flowers that can grow in her Underworld. The mods said it's not possible right now, but it's not ruled out in the long-term. So she's going to work hard on that project and even try to get help from those more knowledgeable than her with dreamotion.
PLANS General: After thousands (tens of thousands?) years spent working, Ereshkigal needs vacations. For now I don't really have set plans beyond introducing her and getting her some initial CR.
Event: It... It's an absolute tragedy. She has managed to avoid Summer Events ever since her introduction in FGO, and what do you know? There's a Beach Episode starting right as she arrives here! Why?!? Her shameless sister is the one fit for those kind of ventures... But she can't stay in her hermit hole for the entire month so of course, she's going to force herself into participating! No way she's putting a swimsuit on though, she'll wear her winter dress at first and only closer to the end maybe take the big step.
CR Dreams: I'd be happy with any and all CR! Fellow social disasters or people who can support her would be great though. Gods or people who have opinions on gods. She doesn't have her unrequited crush around nor does she have her emotional support golden sheep, so she's going to need some time to adapt.
