Character: Noctis Lucis Caelum | sleepsalot Canon: Chapter 13, before he talks to Bahamut
About: King of Lucis, hella powerful, doesn't have the best people skills but he tries!!! He's polite, for the most part, but can be a little moody if he's not in the best of moods. People love him, fish fear him. He's a good guy and trying to do right by his kingdom and save it from the Starscourge, but it's... tough. He's been through a lot, he needs a nap.
Abilities: He has a much better handle on dreamotion than he did when he arrived meaning he can actually summon the desired weapon now and not his fishingrod when needed and he has warping under control now, but he's still struggling with being able to use magic as he used it on Eos. Hopefully some lessons with Tifa will help him get a better handle on that.
PLANS General: Noctis has adopted Boco the Chocobo, so he's surprising Prompto with that this month. Also going to work on the whole magic thing with Tifa, hopefully! And maybe learn to get along with Somnus, though he's not sure how that will go. He's frustrated with being in Reverein and not knowing the state of his world, considering it was pretty dire when he was pulled from it. Event: Not the biggest beach person, but he'll go fishing.
CR Dreams: Anybody! Sure, his bestie is here, but he could always use more friends and maybe an enemy or two.
