Character: Nahida | bloomingwisdom Canon: Post Sumeru patches, including the interlude chapter and all limited-time events till Patch 4.0!
About: Nahida is the God of Wisdom who's been imprisoned for her entire life (at least what she can remember) and was released recently so she could take her rightful place as the Archon of Sumeru, the nation of knowledge. Basically, she's the leader of a nation, so she has a lot of responsibilities and work to do.
Nahida looks like a tiny child, but she doesn't try to act like one. She has 500 years worth of memories, so she speaks like an intelligent adult, albeit a little socially awkward at times. She likes helping people in any way possible, whether it be comforting children through their dreams or saving her nation from being taken over by corruption in the land.
She's also very curious, so she likes to learn and experience new things. Especially the experience part, since she was locked up basically her entire life. That also made her really lonely too, and made her deeply want to connect to other people. She doesn't even remember her fellow Gods, so she really has nothing but memories of her imprisonment, the dreams she made up by herself and all the knowledge of the world.
Abilities: - Full mastery over the Dendro element (aka life/plant energy) - Telepathy/Mind reading - Dream walking (and because she's so familiar with dreams, she has extremely good control over her own abilities already)
PLANS General: Nahida needs to learn to put down the mantle of godhood and just be a regular person who can make friends and enjoy a normal life. She acts when it comes to larger issues that would require the attention of a god and leader of a nation, but she can be rather passive when it comes to mundane, everyday things, because she doesn't see herself as a normal person. Not to mention that her people have a tendency to freeze when she gets involved, so she feels even worse about ruining the atmosphere and thus hesitates to join events. I'd like her to have fun, hang out and work on projects with other people, and pursue her own interests!
In the long term, Nahida plans on trying to figure out exactly how this dream world works. As essentially the only god of Teyvat that can enter dreams and interact with them, she feels it's her responsibility to do this, although, depending on whether or not she lets go of her sense of responsibility, this goal may become null.
Event: Uhhh to be honest, just looking at everything is overwhelming sdlkjfsklfjsdlk Nahida is more than willing to help sort out all the problems sprouting up during the event, so I'll probably tag top-levels instead of creating one myself (that is subject to change when I finally get my bearings). If you have a specific idea related to Nahida and the event, I'm down to plot!
CR Dreams: EVERYTHING, but that's probably par for the course for a newbie haha. More specifically, I would be really happy to have CR of people adopting Nahida as their child or sibling or just a part of their family, whether or not they realize Nahida is much older than she looks.
I would also love for Nahida to adopt people who need gentle words, a kind smile and a guiding hand! You, with the sad, dark edgy past. Nahida will adopt you if you show your sadness to her.
