Extra Note: Forgot to mention this last month, but he built a greenhouse behind his actual house to keep some of those special anti-noctaere flowers in. He's been keeping a close eye on their growth and examining their properties. He's also working with Jude Mathis to set up a clinic, but atm they're still in the process of cleaning it up to get it ready for proper use.

Extra Note: Otto's taken up residence in one of the warehouses by the docks, cleaned it up and set up a whole bunch of 'no trespassing' signs to keep people out. I have a visual reference post here, in case that's interesting to anyone.
He's spent the last week of January using Noel to steal metal and tools from forges/blacksmiths. Also a welding setup. He won't attempt to have Noel steal from the hatmaker until the owl thing is over, so the confrontation won't happen till the start of February.
