So the Bleeding Hearts. Do they just come from people who want love but can't find it or don't have their partners in Reverein with them, or can they also be conjured by people who want some form of companionship (not necessarily romantic) but for whatever reason can't or won't ask for it?

I figure since it's Valentine's Day-related, it's just for romance, but wanted to check.
