1) I think I like the idea of taking over, so if he were to offer to take over maybe an existing music studio/school, what would he be taking over? Like in terms of staff and what the staff will expect him to do/expect themselves to be doing

2) He's a nice guy so he'll probably try to work it off... u_u the concert idea sounds really nice though!!
