Since it's pretty much brand spanking new it would be fairly empty and not much done with it yet. If anything having someone wanting to take over might make the current staff there relieved. Make it easier—there was no manager to begin with! Just people who had knowledge about music/instruments and ability to teach but no actual experience.

So really can work a lot with it to suit your needs.
