Welcome to Songerein's Plot With Me Meme! It's an abbreviated version of the CR Meme where the main focus is figuring what you want to do for the month, such as listing out which quests you're interested, any personal plots you have in mind, and initial thoughts on the event. It's similar to a CR Meme, with just a little different focus on the form. You can refer to the Mod Announcement for plotting ideas for the month and beyond!

Canon: Granblue Fantasy; post Ramen Travels With Cassius and Avalon CRAU

About: Typical stoic, aloof, silent elite agent soldier lone wolf type with the biggest soft spot for all things dog. His ideal is to live a life filled with peace and quiet, and so he fights to protect not only his peace but others as well. Eustace can be a bit rough around the edges, but he's softened up and can be amiable with those he's grown to trust and care for. Often compared to as a "guard dog" he is fiercely loyal to those close to him. He is skilled with guns, short blades, and grenades with his favored weapon being Flamek, a special rifle that can unleash lightning.

For some other random tidbits, that hairstyle isn't just for looks—his right eye is sensitive to light. Normally it's not a problem, but when there are sudden bright flashes that he can't prepare for, he can be temporarily blinded on that side. He does have an eyepatch he can wear though it's only for certain combat situations. As an Erune, the dog-like ears on his head are very real, but he does not have a tail. Also as an Erune, the fashion choice of open sides and backs is the norm— More detailed info can be found here!

Event Plans: Definitely will toplevel! I'm also reserving myself as a last minute sign-up for missions in case it's needed, but otherwise Eustace is designated for support. Some prompt ideas I have at the moment (and will be finalized once log is ~~written~~ up:)

WOLVES he is so getting involved with the wolves and I definitely plan on him taking on wolf form while in the dreamscape for some parts
Nightmare energy issues I'd like to dabble in for future reasons. Fighting noctasers also goes here.
He'll help collect the various items for the mission groups. I may focus on certain ones in the actual toplevel, but will see!

idk does anyone want to deal with a partially nightmare energy infused Eustace who goes feral about protecting loved ones and dealing with grief/angst— Might dabble a little of that in there, maybe.

Dream Board Plans: I don't have concrete plans on making an open log, but some quests I'd do would be Summer Foraging, Capybaras, and both starfish related quests. I do plan on making a network post with Eustace asking about sealing and teleportation magic in the next day or so, so there's that as well!

About:
Succinctly put, a military general very dedicated to her charge and duty. Hard on the outside. Softer and more compassionate beneath all of that. Averse to making friends or being particularly friendly. Probably more willing to fling herself into the sun than admitting she likes someone or something.

Event Plans:
- I'm sure I have plans of doing something with her for the event, but I'm not sure what specifically right now. I might end up doing more tagging out with her, but I might make a top-level if I feel I can think up enough prompts. I'm sure she'll be quick to brandish her sword and take care of complications as they arise (Erasers, Noctaere, Wolves, etc.)

Dream Board Plans:
- Q605 ► Regarding keeping starfish alive appeals to me. If she does something like this, chances are she won't be doing it for herself, but under the pretence of giving it to someone else once everything's completed and she's succeeded. (Or failed, as the case may be.)

Etc.:
- I'd love for Beatrix to get pelted by starfish during the storms. Alternatively, I'd also like her for her to get caught in a storm, and maybe into some forced, begrudging cooperation with someone else for survival or something of that sort.
- Beatrix is attempting to create a defence system for Reverein (which she posted about here and is looking for ideas on how to harness dreamotion energy for later use instead of immediate use. Ultimately, she's looking for a way to make dreamotion into a renewable resource that's ever constant and flowing.
- I still want Beatrix to make a visit to the gardens where she says nice things about people and is actually a bit more personable. I'll probably make a catch-all for the month detailing these various general prompt ideas I've had situated in my head and just haven't gotten around to doing.

An old man with an interest in bettering himself as an individual whilst he reflects on actions he's taken or inaction he's taken regarding fatherhood back home. Seeking the meaning to 'existence' and trying to make the most of the time he's been given. Likes to help others and throw himself headfirst into danger, sometimes recklessly.

Event Plans:
- Another situation where not sure if I'll top-level or just tag out for him. I'm leaning more towards the latter. Nier is best when he's helping other people, so it'd suit him to come across someone in a jam, so he could otherwise help them recover or get out of it.

Dream Board Plans:
Q602 ► Summer Foraging: Nier already makes it part of his regular routine to go foraging for herbs and flowers to provide materials to the infirmary that was opened some months back. He is just as likely to do this for other establishments and will probably pass around the samples he gets to others he knows.
Q606 ► Starfish Cleanup: What it says on the tin, really. He's pretty willing to lend a helping hand and doesn't usually need anything in return for it. There's a good chance that if he winds up with starfish-based trinket, he will also end up passing that along to someone else he knows.

Etc.:
- I didn't get a chance to do this before and originally was going to do it in April, but buried myself in Flower Festival threads. Nier is planning to make a visit to the Wild Harvest and pay some patronage to the area because 76 has talked it up and has nothing but glowing things to say.
- I'll probably make a catch-all for Nier for the month regarding this and the above quests.

About: Tifa is "Mom Friend" personified. She's a kind, empathetic, caring, patient soul who is always looking for ways to help others. But don't let her shy, timid exterior fool you because she can kick a lot of ass, too! She's much more reserved than she looks, and although she's as friendly a soul as you can find, she doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve and keeps her emotions close and bottled up, and puts on a smile in an attempt to be strong for her friends.

Internally, Tifa deals with a lot of grief, struggles with her past, confidence issues, and harbours guilt for what Avalanche has done, but she hides it well. Despite that, she's always trying to do the right thing and help anyone in need, regardless of who they are or where they come from. Recently, the gang left their fight against Shinra, the big bad power company sucking up all the mako from the Planet, to pursue Sephiroth.

Event Plans: No plans at the moment, but I will likely stick to tagging out on the post. Tifa's dreamotion is pretty finicky but she's fairly resilient against the nightmare energy, so she will be there to help where she is needed. Fighting noctasers, collecting items, helping people with transformations and nightmare energy, etc.

Canon: Turning Red. After her friends discover The Panda.
About: A peppy 13 year old girl who is happy to help everyone - because of a crippling need to please everyone. She's creative, smart, confident, boy-crazy... Oh, and whenever she gets too emotional (happy, sad, any emotion) she'll turn into a giant red panda. Sometimes it's just a small bit, like gaining the ears or tail, but it's something she's embarrassed about and trying to hide. (She sucks at hiding it.)

Event Plans: Might not TL, but! Mei knows that back home, a ritual will take place to get rid of The Panda, but all she knows about is that it somehow involves the red moon. As such, she'll be coming along to see if she can learn anything moon-wise that can help her.

Dream Board Plans:
I plan on making a Journal Post where she asks about schooling here, and the lack thereof. She wants to learn! SHE HAS A FEAR OF DISAPPOINTING MOM IF SHE DOESN'T CONTINUE STUDYING. ... but, um, learning is still fun!

Being an environmentalist, she'll also be Digging through the Rubble to help clean up. She might also be on the lookout for the Capybaras and help the starfish in Wishing on a Star(fish) for because animals gunna animal.

About: She just arrived last month!! Still super new and trying to get her bearings. Very much interested in exploring the world and its secrets. INTERESTINGLY, in her home world she could only see "aether" energy, which is the energy that makes up most matter. But since Aether doesn't exist here, she's having a little trouble seeing. Don't mind if she bumps into things now and again. u_u

Event Plans: I don't have any right now. Usually, I just fly by the seat of my pants and tag other people's top levels.

Dream Board Plans: I'm honestly just trying to get my footing so I don't really have anything I can add here /sweats

Character: Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikoleavna ‘Anya’ Romanova of Russia | grandduchess_anya
Canon: Anastasia (1997)

About: Anya is a very fictionalized version of Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna, the youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, who managed to survive a family tragedy with amnesia and goes on a quest to find her identity with two guys and her dog, while avoiding being attacked by a vengeful Rasputin and his green minions. She can be snarky AF, but she is also kind, loyal, determined, and creative in her art and thinking skills.

It is also worth noting that Anya comes in from the end of Forgotten Tales where she was among the Aspects fighting off the Story Eater who arrived to Songerein when it tried to flee from them during the last battle.

Event Plans: No major plans of top leveling just yet, but I will be tagging around. Anya is going to assist the wolves in finding the moon fragments and protecting their homes. I am also going to let her struggle in using nightmare energy in the new moon phase, though how twisted she will come out of this will depend on how she will try to utilize it. She will kick noctaser hinnies regardless of the outcome.

Dream Board Plans: She is interested in doing Summer Foraging, Capybaras, and Digging Through the Rubble ~~(sorry for raiding through your stuff, Doc Oct)~~. In addition, she will be celebrating her birthday too (June 18) and will be writing about getting her music box and necklace (or rather the world’s versions of those things) nearing that big important date.

Canon: Encanto
About: Isabela is the eldest of the Madrigal grandchildren and a former golden child who had to hide her own dreams and identity in a facade of perfection from years of having to live by people’s expectations. Until her baby sister Mirabel accidentally turned a marriage proposal dinner upside down and caused her to honestly admit her thoughts on it and her frustrations, giving her an epiphany to let her true rebellious self out there and go nuts with her gift’s potential.

Event Plans: Still undecided with the top leveling, but will be tagging around. Isa is probably going to try to help the wolves in retrieving moon fragments and she is going to be surprisingly resilient around nightmare energy as she just went through the moon rabbit nightmare last month.

Dream Board Plans: If she is not busy helping out doing random errands in town or getting her flower shop plans off the ground, she is going to do Summer Foraging, Wishing on a Star(fish) and Capybaras ~~because it was a certain somebody’s bright idea to bring them into the Realm of Dreams…~~.

Etc.: Yes folks, you can thank Isa for bringing the glorious creatures that are capybaras into Reverein. Hope you will love them and their presence chilling out near water.

Hunter can help dig through rubble, only because he's looking for salvageable traps and the like.

Perhaps he might end up going dog-brained on her in the process. He did find out about the panda recently, after all.

Isabela is going to join in on the Capybara quest (this is all her fault for bringing the Capybaras into this world). Or she could help in the Starfish quest.

Anya can also help in digging through the warehouse rubble: not afraid to get her hands dirty and has a dog who can dig, dig, dig through the rubble.

About: Soft, delicate flower druid who is not as soft and delicate coming back from a "canon update" wherein she finished out her big world-saving ~~d&d campaign~~ quest! Just kidding, she's still soft.

Event Plans: Ori is definitely down for acting in a support capacity for anyone who needs assistance with dreamotion; she's got a pretty good grasp of it, being used to magic and being a Circle of Dreams druid...! She'll also be experimenting with harnessing nightmare energy though, which may be surprising but c: I will solidify more event planning when the time comes but those are my initial ideas for now!

Dream Board Plans: Summer foraging! This girl loves to run around foraging stuff. It's her Thing. Also down to get stuck in a starfish storm in the middle of said foraging. Whatever you wanna do!

About:
Alastor is a demon from literal Hell. In life he was a radio broadcaster and serial killer with a penchant for cannibalism. He died and went to Hell, eliminating all of the old Overlords upon arrival. He himself then decided to just let others take the territory and do whatever entertained him...only after nine decades he's gotten pretty bored of Hell.

He likes to screw with people and takes delight in others' suffering. However, he has a warped moral compass that compels him to protect the weak. He's taken to traveling to various people's nightmares with the idea of being entertained. He'll step in when he thinks it's not being fun anymore.

Plans:
General Plans
Alastor is slooooowly working his way towards becoming a guardian though he'd never admit to such a position. He likes hopping from nightmare to nightmare to witness all the fun forms of torment but if someone is weak, he'll step in due to his moral code. He can't be relied upon to save you but as time goes on and he starts to care more, he could at least be counted on to pull people out of jams.

I also have a series of dreams based on the official Alastor comic which allows a character to walk a proverbial mile in his shoes if you're interested in that sort of thing. There is one more part left to go, but I’m not sure when that will be posted. Though mind the key content warning: This is Hell from the prospective of a cannibalistic serial killer. Not Nice Things can and will happen.

Honestly, he needs more friends. Being the boogeyman of Hell means that he doesn't get much socializing in. Arguably one reason he bargains in souls is to collect people who won't leave him. He's used to having people flee before he can even finish saying "hello". Redemption is a big theme in Hazbin Hotel but it's doubtful that Charlie's more idealistic measures will really work for him. He's lonely but his social skills are hella rusty.

Fair warning though: Alastor picks favorites but he's a pretty amiable (if kinda terrifying) person all around. Once he's decided you're one of his favorites, he'll invade your personal space every opportunity he gets though he won't let you touch him unless it's on his terms. So be prepared to be pulled in for random side-hugs, song-and-dance numbers, and other such nonsense.

Unfortunately, he's starting to get into trouble. All these trips into nightmares are going to drive him to full noctaere form sooner or later (current tentative timeline is October), so he's definitely going to need people to snap him out of it.

Month-Specific Plans

Stormy Weather
Alastor is going to be enjoying the lovely heat and humidity along with all that delicious rain. You can take the demon out of the bayou but you can't take the bayou out of the demon, it seems. Though he will admit raining starfish is new.

Glitching
The glitching from last month is getting worse. His internal receiver is trying to connect to a radio signal like it was able to do all of April, but unfortunately there's no signal other than his own to connect to. It's giving him a lot of grief with headaches and increased irritability.

He's trying to hide it since there are people who now know what he did in life and continued to do in Hell. He's made...close acquaintances...here and he doesn't want to lose them. He's trying everything he can to distract himself and others from it, but it's going to start being obvious with his natural ambient static getting that lovely sound of tinnitus weaving in and out of it during one of these attacks.

It is possible to help him ride out the attacks and he'll even admit what the problem is if asked except he'll claim it happens very rarely and that your character just caught him on a bad day. Positive dreamotion can help ease the effects, but the root cause is that Alastor is building up too much negative energy due to his hobbies of nightmare walking and fighting noctaere outside of Reverein.

Rescue Elimei (TENTATIVE DEPENDING ON IF HE'S CHOSEN FOR ONE OF THE TEAMS)

I signed Alastor up to be on one of the teams to rescue Elimei. He's gotten quite fond of the little kirin twins, after all. Even took on a few of little Elimei's nightmares. He is not going to just leave her to her fate.

During the fight, he's likely to tap into some of that nightmare energy for extra power. He won't go full noctaere but he's going to start resembling his full demon form when he uses the nightmare energy. That temporary power boost will be helpful but it will have major consequences for him going forward.

However, this is all dependent on if he's selected for one of the two teams.

Dream Board Plans

Summer Foraging
Going to be gathering ingredients for his own personal rootwork in addition to what various stores are requesting. He's happy to help others with their own foraging. If nothing else, it lets him show off his knowledge of plants.

Capybaras
Went to see this strange creature due to curiosity and...well...

Look, these guys are really chill and relaxing, okay? So what if Alastor took a nap with them? Big deal! Look at all the other critters that are napping with them! QUIT JUDGING HIM!

Wishing on a Star(fish)
Alastor finds the little glowing starfish kind of amusing. Keeping them in a jar in his treehouse isn't that big a deal plus they're pretty, so why not?

He was dead long before the invention of the lava lamp, but if they're anything like these little starfish in a jar, he can kinda see the appeal.
