Canon: Granblue Fantasy; post Ramen Travels With Cassius and Avalon CRAU

About: Typical stoic, aloof, silent elite agent soldier lone wolf type with the biggest soft spot for all things dog. His ideal is to live a life filled with peace and quiet, and so he fights to protect not only his peace but others as well. Eustace can be a bit rough around the edges, but he's softened up and can be amiable with those he's grown to trust and care for. Often compared to as a "guard dog" he is fiercely loyal to those close to him. He is skilled with guns, short blades, and grenades with his favored weapon being Flamek, a special rifle that can unleash lightning.

For some other random tidbits, that hairstyle isn't just for looks—his right eye is sensitive to light. Normally it's not a problem, but when there are sudden bright flashes that he can't prepare for, he can be temporarily blinded on that side. He does have an eyepatch he can wear though it's only for certain combat situations. As an Erune, the dog-like ears on his head are very real, but he does not have a tail. Also as an Erune, the fashion choice of open sides and backs is the norm— More detailed info can be found here!

Event Plans: Definitely will toplevel! I'm also reserving myself as a last minute sign-up for missions in case it's needed, but otherwise Eustace is designated for support. Some prompt ideas I have at the moment (and will be finalized once log is written up:)

• WOLVES he is so getting involved with the wolves and I definitely plan on him taking on wolf form while in the dreamscape for some parts
  
• Nightmare energy issues I'd like to dabble in for future reasons. Fighting noctasers also goes here.
  
• He'll help collect the various items for the mission groups. I may focus on certain ones in the actual toplevel, but will see!

idk does anyone want to deal with a partially nightmare energy infused Eustace who goes feral about protecting loved ones and dealing with grief/angst— Might dabble a little of that in there, maybe.

Dream Board Plans: I don't have concrete plans on making an open log, but some quests I'd do would be Summer Foraging, Capybaras, and both starfish related quests. I do plan on making a network post with Eustace asking about sealing and teleportation magic in the next day or so, so there's that as well!

About:
Succinctly put, a military general very dedicated to her charge and duty. Hard on the outside. Softer and more compassionate beneath all of that. Averse to making friends or being particularly friendly. Probably more willing to fling herself into the sun than admitting she likes someone or something.

Event Plans:
- I'm sure I have plans of doing something with her for the event, but I'm not sure what specifically right now. I might end up doing more tagging out with her, but I might make a top-level if I feel I can think up enough prompts. I'm sure she'll be quick to brandish her sword and take care of complications as they arise (Erasers, Noctaere, Wolves, etc.)

Dream Board Plans:
- Q605 ► Regarding keeping starfish alive appeals to me. If she does something like this, chances are she won't be doing it for herself, but under the pretence of giving it to someone else once everything's completed and she's succeeded. (Or failed, as the case may be.)

Etc.:
- I'd love for Beatrix to get pelted by starfish during the storms. Alternatively, I'd also like her for her to get caught in a storm, and maybe into some forced, begrudging cooperation with someone else for survival or something of that sort.
- Beatrix is attempting to create a defence system for Reverein (which she posted about here and is looking for ideas on how to harness dreamotion energy for later use instead of immediate use. Ultimately, she's looking for a way to make dreamotion into a renewable resource that's ever constant and flowing.
- I still want Beatrix to make a visit to the gardens where she says nice things about people and is actually a bit more personable. I'll probably make a catch-all for the month detailing these various general prompt ideas I've had situated in my head and just haven't gotten around to doing.

About: Tifa is "Mom Friend" personified. She's a kind, empathetic, caring, patient soul who is always looking for ways to help others. But don't let her shy, timid exterior fool you because she can kick a lot of ass, too! She's much more reserved than she looks, and although she's as friendly a soul as you can find, she doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve and keeps her emotions close and bottled up, and puts on a smile in an attempt to be strong for her friends.

Internally, Tifa deals with a lot of grief, struggles with her past, confidence issues, and harbours guilt for what Avalanche has done, but she hides it well. Despite that, she's always trying to do the right thing and help anyone in need, regardless of who they are or where they come from. Recently, the gang left their fight against Shinra, the big bad power company sucking up all the mako from the Planet, to pursue Sephiroth.

Event Plans: No plans at the moment, but I will likely stick to tagging out on the post. Tifa's dreamotion is pretty finicky but she's fairly resilient against the nightmare energy, so she will be there to help where she is needed. Fighting noctasers, collecting items, helping people with transformations and nightmare energy, etc.

About: Anya is a very fictionalized version of Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna, the youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, who managed to survive a family tragedy with amnesia and goes on a quest to find her identity with two guys and her dog, while avoiding being attacked by a vengeful Rasputin and his green minions. She can be snarky AF, but she is also kind, loyal, determined, and creative in her art and thinking skills.

It is also worth noting that Anya comes in from the end of Forgotten Tales where she was among the Aspects fighting off the Story Eater who arrived to Songerein when it tried to flee from them during the last battle.

Event Plans: No major plans of top leveling just yet, but I will be tagging around. Anya is going to assist the wolves in finding the moon fragments and protecting their homes. I am also going to let her struggle in using nightmare energy in the new moon phase, though how twisted she will come out of this will depend on how she will try to utilize it. She will kick noctaser hinnies regardless of the outcome.

Dream Board Plans: She is interested in doing Summer Foraging, Capybaras, and Digging Through the Rubble (sorry for raiding through your stuff, Doc Oct). In addition, she will be celebrating her birthday too (June 18) and will be writing about getting her music box and necklace (or rather the world’s versions of those things) nearing that big important date.

Meilin "Mei" Lee | Turning Red

Canon: Turning Red. After her friends discover The Panda.
About: A peppy 13 year old girl who is happy to help everyone - because of a crippling need to please everyone. She's creative, smart, confident, boy-crazy... Oh, and whenever she gets too emotional (happy, sad, any emotion) she'll turn into a giant red panda. Sometimes it's just a small bit, like gaining the ears or tail, but it's something she's embarrassed about and trying to hide. (She sucks at hiding it.)

Event Plans: Might not TL, but! Mei knows that back home, a ritual will take place to get rid of The Panda, but all she knows about is that it somehow involves the red moon. As such, she'll be coming along to see if she can learn anything moon-wise that can help her.

Dream Board Plans:
I plan on making a Journal Post where she asks about schooling here, and the lack thereof. She wants to learn! SHE HAS A FEAR OF DISAPPOINTING MOM IF SHE DOESN'T CONTINUE STUDYING. ... but, um, learning is still fun!

Being an environmentalist, she'll also be Digging through the Rubble to help clean up. She might also be on the lookout for the Capybaras and help the starfish in Wishing on a Star(fish) for because animals gunna animal.

Hunter can help dig through rubble, only because he's looking for salvageable traps and the like.

Perhaps he might end up going dog-brained on her in the process. He did find out about the panda recently, after all.

Don't mind if she bumps into things now and again. u_u

Event Plans: I don't have any right now. Usually, I just fly by the seat of my pants and tag other people's top levels.

About: Soft, delicate flower druid who is not as soft and delicate coming back from a "canon update" wherein she finished out her big world-saving d&d campaign quest! Just kidding, she's still soft.

Event Plans: Ori is definitely down for acting in a support capacity for anyone who needs assistance with dreamotion; she's got a pretty good grasp of it, being used to magic and being a Circle of Dreams druid...! She'll also be experimenting with harnessing nightmare energy though, which may be surprising but c: I will solidify more event planning when the time comes but those are my initial ideas for now!

Dream Board Plans: Summer foraging! This girl loves to run around foraging stuff. It's her Thing. Also down to get stuck in a starfish storm in the middle of said foraging. Whatever you wanna do!

About:
Alastor is a demon from literal Hell. In life he was a radio broadcaster and serial killer with a penchant for cannibalism. He died and went to Hell, eliminating all of the old Overlords upon arrival. He himself then decided to just let others take the territory and do whatever entertained him...only after nine decades he's gotten pretty bored of Hell.

He likes to screw with people and takes delight in others' suffering. However, he has a warped moral compass that compels him to protect the weak. He's taken to traveling to various people's nightmares with the idea of being entertained. He'll step in when he thinks it's not being fun anymore.

Plans:
General Plans
Alastor is slooooowly working his way towards becoming a guardian though he'd never admit to such a position. He likes hopping from nightmare to nightmare to witness all the fun forms of torment but if someone is weak, he'll step in due to his moral code. He can't be relied upon to save you but as time goes on and he starts to care more, he could at least be counted on to pull people out of jams.

I also have a series of dreams based on the official Alastor comic which allows a character to walk a proverbial mile in his shoes if you're interested in that sort of thing. There is one more part left to go, but I’m not sure when that will be posted. Though mind the key content warning: This is Hell from the prospective of a cannibalistic serial killer. Not Nice Things can and will happen.

Honestly, he needs more friends. Being the boogeyman of Hell means that he doesn't get much socializing in. Arguably one reason he bargains in souls is to collect people who won't leave him. He's used to having people flee before he can even finish saying "hello". Redemption is a big theme in Hazbin Hotel but it's doubtful that Charlie's more idealistic measures will really work for him. He's lonely but his social skills are hella rusty.

Fair warning though: Alastor picks favorites but he's a pretty amiable (if kinda terrifying) person all around. Once he's decided you're one of his favorites, he'll invade your personal space every opportunity he gets though he won't let you touch him unless it's on his terms. So be prepared to be pulled in for random side-hugs, song-and-dance numbers, and other such nonsense.

Unfortunately, he's starting to get into trouble. All these trips into nightmares are going to drive him to full noctaere form sooner or later (current tentative timeline is October), so he's definitely going to need people to snap him out of it.

Month-Specific Plans

Stormy Weather
Alastor is going to be enjoying the lovely heat and humidity along with all that delicious rain. You can take the demon out of the bayou but you can't take the bayou out of the demon, it seems. Though he will admit raining starfish is new.

Glitching
The glitching from last month is getting worse. His internal receiver is trying to connect to a radio signal like it was able to do all of April, but unfortunately there's no signal other than his own to connect to. It's giving him a lot of grief with headaches and increased irritability.

He's trying to hide it since there are people who now know what he did in life and continued to do in Hell. He's made...close acquaintances...here and he doesn't want to lose them. He's trying everything he can to distract himself and others from it, but it's going to start being obvious with his natural ambient static getting that lovely sound of tinnitus weaving in and out of it during one of these attacks.

It is possible to help him ride out the attacks and he'll even admit what the problem is if asked except he'll claim it happens very rarely and that your character just caught him on a bad day. Positive dreamotion can help ease the effects, but the root cause is that Alastor is building up too much negative energy due to his hobbies of nightmare walking and fighting noctaere outside of Reverein.

Rescue Elimei (TENTATIVE DEPENDING ON IF HE'S CHOSEN FOR ONE OF THE TEAMS)

I signed Alastor up to be on one of the teams to rescue Elimei. He's gotten quite fond of the little kirin twins, after all. Even took on a few of little Elimei's nightmares. He is not going to just leave her to her fate.

During the fight, he's likely to tap into some of that nightmare energy for extra power. He won't go full noctaere but he's going to start resembling his full demon form when he uses the nightmare energy. That temporary power boost will be helpful but it will have major consequences for him going forward.

However, this is all dependent on if he's selected for one of the two teams.

Dream Board Plans

Summer Foraging
Going to be gathering ingredients for his own personal rootwork in addition to what various stores are requesting. He's happy to help others with their own foraging. If nothing else, it lets him show off his knowledge of plants.

Capybaras
Went to see this strange creature due to curiosity and...well...

Look, these guys are really chill and relaxing, okay? So what if Alastor took a nap with them? Big deal! Look at all the other critters that are napping with them! QUIT JUDGING HIM!

Wishing on a Star(fish)
Alastor finds the little glowing starfish kind of amusing. Keeping them in a jar in his treehouse isn't that big a deal plus they're pretty, so why not?

He was dead long before the invention of the lava lamp, but if they're anything like these little starfish in a jar, he can kinda see the appeal.

Event Plans: Trying to stay conservative on my threads this month, so I'll probs be tagging out this event, but if you want to plot something specific, let me know. If anything, I kinda have the urge to throw Sholmes into something properly nightmarish. He's having too much fun here. >:V

Ongoing Plot: He'll be spending some time revising his anti-noctaere inventions and practicing his dreamotion.

About: A literally broken one-time junior high school student who was deemed a mistake in his world, but forced his way back in. Since he didn't have a role anymore, he was stuck with the only opening left: the villain. He never wanted to be the bad guy, but he's had to go with it.

Event Plans: Nothing at the moment.

Dream Board Plans: If you are Digging Through the Rubble (Quest 601) and would like to activate one of Rob's boobytraps that involved a random result, please let me know!!! There's no way he cleaned up. I still have a whole list of RNG effects I haven't gotten to use. Otherwise I'm saving them for later. Do you really want me to do that...?

ETA: Rob won't have to be there for the traps to be activated. The bombs are all on triggers, and if any of those bags are hanging in the still standing portion, the ropes could conveniently break right when you want them to. I will still throw results your way!

About: Ira is a Keyblade Master from ancient times, brought forward to the present timelines for a mysterious reason. He's too serious for his own good, and probably needs to lighten up, but otherwise he's just trying to make up for past mistakes and continue his duty as a wielder of the keyblade.


Event Plans:
My mane plans (pun intended) for the event is to have Ira struggle with the Nightmare energy, resulting in a transformation into a Nightmare Electricorn. He will probably need to be subdued in some way, and calmed into a spirit? Regardless, some Darkness will probably start coming through.

Ira will likely have a top-level for the event, but I will need to sit out of the missions as I can't really guarantee tagging speed.


Dream Board Plans:
Let's have fun with starfish and storms! Ira will be happy to help with both starfish prompts. He'll probably want to collect some of the star-shaped rocks as well as the starfishes in jars. He's been steadily decorating his home, so if anyone wants to visit him there.
I'd also like to do something with the storms, maybe waiting one out together somewhere! Sad Unicorn in Rain? Playing in puddles? I'm open to everything!

He's good for being a bodyguard when it comes to foraging as well! Easily rentable services.

If you have CR with Ira and an open IC inbox, he might start sending you questions about your world and similar such things. He has a lot of questions.

Canon: Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker 6.0 (may update to 6.15 at some point next month, we'll see. Won't be too much to add.)
About: Madhuri is your everyday adventurer who enjoys cooking/baking as well as singing and playing her morin khuur (horsehead fiddle). She's a flirt and a bit of a troublemaker when her hands are idle, but is so accustomed to questing and hunting that if you ask her to do something- no matter how dirty it gets her hands- she may very well do it. As a Not!WoL, she hasn't been involved in a number of the conflicts in the story, but has tales to tell and the firepower to back up her claims. She's your tank or dancer main if needed, but can off-hand heal as a white mage if the situation calls for it. She just needs time to switch classes.

Event Plans: This moon thing is personal. Madhuri has spent some time gathering energy and collecting stories to build a new moon, but the moment it's known there is a shard of the original SOMEWHERE, she will stop at nothing to get that back. It's her goddess, after all! She can take a combat role if need be, but would prefer to take on support to help manipulate the mirror.

Dream Board Plans: With my move to a new house on the horizon, my energy will be focused on the event. Maybe in July!

as a random aside, she did take on the fae moon mirror quest last month, and at the flower fest, she and kazuma briefly wondered about how her moon efforts were going before they got distracted, oops.

About: Taken from her profile: She's a student of law who was raised from a young age to be a judicial assistant, and comes off as a bit of a bookworm as a result. She is curious and kind, with a tendency to ask a lot of questions and take notes when she feels it is helpful or useful. Direct. Her self-esteem is low, but she's working on it. She comes off as prim and proper, but once she's more comfortable around you, her age and silliness starts to show. See also: her app.

Event Plans: I'll be signing her up for Mission #2 as soon as I'm done writing this! I don't think I'll have an open top level? That may change if inspiration strikes but I'm more than happy to write starters for people or hit up others'.

Dream Board Plans & Misc.:
- She will befriend the capybaras because I must have her befriend all the animals. (603)
- She'll definitely help out with the starfish! She's already been collecting lots of things in jars. She will definitely keep a jar of them alive, and turn in any others for goodies (605, 606).
- I feel like she would contribute to Trahearne's encyclepedia, I just... don't know how yet. At least, she would definitely check it out, and just spend a lot of time at the library in general when not working.
- Adventures in the Wildlands (602).
- I could see her poking around the aftermath of Otto's nuclear disaster? (601)
- Other: I don't know where or when this will happen, but I want her to be seen decorating her friends the dream snakes with little tiny flowers. c: She has named one Yumie, with more to come. Currently they're in the Wild Harvest garden and the Mikotoba greenhouse.

About: Emet-Selch is one of the Ancients who existed in a purportedly peaceful and prosperous utopia before the world was shattered into weaker, broken (inferior in his opinion) pieces. Originally he held a government office of sorts and was a specialist in matters related to the Underworld (as the name would suggest, the aetherial realm where dead souls return to in order to be cleansed and then reborn into new life). He is a powerful mage by all rights and like most of his kind has the ability to change into a monstrous form.

I'd like to utilize his canon transformation (at least in appearance), as well as his connections to the moon for the upcoming event. Basically the moon is important to him because it's where their god is imprisoned along with the souls of those who sacrificed themselves to summon Him and save their people. (It is also crucial to preventing a worldswide disaster and eventually returning the world to the way it was.) Although the moons and moon fragments he will encounter here are not nearly so important to him, he persists in his interest in the Story Eater and any other creatures who might be able to cross the rift and threaten Etheirys. (Which he needs not to be threatened, thank you, since spoilers aside he's yet to give up on bringing back his lost civilization.)

Personality-wise he's essentially a surly, tired old man with a penchant for theatrics. He is, however, also incredibly knowledgeable, skilled in both planning and leading when necessary. His one weakness, perhaps, is his sentimentality as well as a tendency to underestimate those he feels are beneath him.

Event Plans: I'm definitely interested in sending Emet-Selch to the moon! He'll be playing a supportive role, as he does have a stake in recovering the moon shard. Since he already has the ability to transform himself and will be able to take on that appearance (though he will be lacking much of the magical kit that goes along with it because dreamotion), I'd be interested in having him provide protectionfor others as well as fight off Noctasers and either weaken, restrain, or perhaps even help to guide anyone who finds themselves transformed and in danger of becoming a Noctaere. I'm not quite sure how he'll handle nightmare energy yet, but I might be curious to delve into that as well!

He will also help collect items needed by the mission teams. Although, again, much of his bag of tricks will not be accessible within dreamscapes, he is working towards developing dreamotion abilities for his own use in the form of Constellation Magicks. He has worked up notes for the creation of an offensive shield and what better opportunity to try out its effectiveness?

Etc.: After the event he'll be scouting for talent and devising a talent competition for his up-and-coming theatre, recruiting at least two other judges, and just generally testing the waters. Current plans for the talent competition are for it to be held sometime in July, with more details to come!

Ira's going to be transformed on the moon, or at least have a bad time with the Nightmare energy, so the idea of him being guided back could be fun. Or they could just team up against a Noctaser.

He's chilled out somewhat since his arrival in Songerein (thanks, Thoma and Ori!), but he's still A Lot.

Event Plans: Not sure if I'm going to top-level or keep him to tag outs, but I definitely want him to assist the wolves and exterminate the noctasers. He's also going to be weilding nightmare energy, but since he's almost gone full noctaere before he's going to be careful with it. As careful as someone can be when dealing with nightmares, anyway.

Dream Board Plans: Definitely will be out doing Summer Foraging. Might also have him do Wishing on a Star(fish) and Starfish Cleanup, if people are interesting in having him tag along.

About: Shigeru's mute and a mysophobe. He's what people call a phrobiest in his world, which is basically someone who wields a power related to a specific phobia. He has to deal with mysophobia so he can manipulate things at a subatomic level! He's a pretty shy guy and really protective of his friends and family. If he can help people he will help them regardless of the danger it puts him in.

Shigeru's also very self-deprecating because his phobia never gets much better, despite his constant struggle to overcome it, and almost because he's slowly losing his humanity and turning into an eldritch horror!

Event Plans: I'll be making an open top-level for this event.

- I'd love to have people see Shigeru's creepy eldritch form in the transformation part of the event. So nightmare Shigeru fighting is something I'm totally down for!

- But I would like to have Shigeru set up a medic bay type of deal to help with people who are injured. So if anyone who has a healer would like to team up hit me up!!

Dream Board Plans: I'd love to do the Starfish clean-up and Summer Foraging as well. Shigeru will definitely help out with those two for sure.

He's a rough and gruff old man these days, seeking out the truth and his new personal kind of justice. He's a very hands on type of guy from Indiana who was raised on a farm and basically forced to be the Golden Boy American Dream for a majority of his life. Thins got turned upside-down after a life of pressure and personal sacrifices and basically he is going one man army on his hunt for those responsible.

Sometimes you gotta break a few eggs, and beat some gang member's head with a smoldering piñata.

Event Plans: I'm likely going to be tagging out unless an idea strikes me for topleveling; really excited for all the stuff tat will be available to be done when things roll out.

There have been plants made for him to be fully turning into a wolf himself at some point(s) during the event! Which he might get stuck in once the event is over. Crash course in shape-shifting right therethe flower wolves accepting him as pack were a hint, I regret nothing lmfao. So if anyone wants to encounter him wolf'd out lemme know.

He'll be helping collecting various items when and where he can- that wolf sniffer may come in real dang handy right here.

There will also be some accidental and purposeful handling of nightmare energy with his dreamotion, because he is a reckless old assholes. The Noctaere corruption he still has will grow slowly more obvious the more he taps in past the safe-zone. Some will be free to notice things left over from the time he went full Noctaere being use; a lot of electrically charged ice vines and so on.

Outside of that I'm up for ideas!

Dream Board Plans: Likely to be doing some Summer Foraging, incidentally working on Starfish Stuff, and may stumble across some of the Capybara simply because of all the time he spends out and about in and around the Wildlands day-to-day when not at The Wild Harvest in some capacity.

I also plan on tossing up an Interactive Dream log which will be tossing him into his younger body- both lucid dream and non-lucid dream threads can happen there. Easily get tipped in to a nightmare, too.

I am waiting for someone to call him Lucifer either on purpose or by mistake, or to ask if they're the same person, because then he will actually be an Avatar of Wrath. He can get easily irritated, but it's surprisingly hard to make him genuinely angry with certain exceptions. With his upcoming canon update (PLEASE FINISH, SEASON 4!!) he will be Very Mad for a little bit.

Satan's been spending his time working on crafting poisons of various potencies so that he can test the antidotes he's been making. Everyone who volunteered is a literal angel because the experience probably won't be fun for them lmfao. He's also been practicing with his dreamotion, mostly to create holograms.
