✵ CR MEME: JULY 2022 ✵

Welcome to Songerein's CR Meme! A place where players can dump info on their characters and try to plot with others to continue existing or create new CR. We have a handy dandy form so go forth, tell us about yourself and your characters, and start plotting! You can refer to the Mod Announcement for plotting ideas for the month and beyond! Continuing or using things from the recent TDM.

If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

Canon: Include canon point

About: Briefly talk about the character. Can include background info or just stick with personality traits—whatever will be most useful to help other players learn about them!

Abilities: Include both canon and whatever kind of abilities you're thinking about developing with them, especially when dreamwalking!
Dreamwalker Form: Does the character have a cool, unique form when dreamwalking or do they look like themselves? Do you change it up depending on the dream?

Plans: Any ideas or plans you'd like to do with your character? This could be short term, such as what items from the Dream Board or TDM, or long term.

CR Dreams: What kind of CR do you wish to have? Include what you can offer with your character as well.

Etc.: Anything else or, you know, the usual memes.

Okay, but G'raha probably checks most of those CR boxes. It would be really interesting to see how they interacted. And he might accidentally adopt her depending on situation. Whoops.

Muahaha, another victim for the sad little memory witch to collect as part of her found family-- I MEAN. I'm certainly game to find out! I admit I've been slightly avoiding interacting with FFXIV characters because I got too busy to play late into Heavensward, BUT at this point I have to accept that I'm probably going to keep not having time to pick it up again, so spoilers for furthe expansions are sort of irrelevant. c': I shall happily accept such CR, in any case!

Absolutely. Found family is such a wonderful thing. That is 120% valid! I am more than happy to refrain from doing any spoilers I can. It might be a little hard with him, but I don't want to spoil anything if it's possible. (Although I sort of did already I'm sorry.) The only relevant spoiler I'll say until told otherwise (mostly because I kind of already did whoops), is that he actually ends up basically adopting a child so he's already sort of on his way to pickup wayward teens rofl.

That's quite alright! It's been a long time, it's to be expected that people wouldn't think anything of spoilers at this point. I also realize based on what little I /have/ seen or heard about that it might be difficult to avoid them here, so don't worry! Feel free to spoil as necessary if they're tough to get around. c: Maybe it'll finally encourage me to at least watch some things.

But anyhow, I see! Good to know he's had practice, then. XD Is it ironic for a cat guy to be adopting stray teenagers instead of teenagers adopting stray cats--

I tend to be the kind of person who tries not to spoil anything big enough, no matter how old the content is. FFXIV is a good example of this since there's constantly new people and you just never know. But things do happen. It's a great story if you get back to it either through playing or videos.

You're not wrong. It is pretty backwards lol. They can adopt each other. (what?) lol Either way, I think they'd have some nice cr no matter what.

Seems like an honorable goal! When you put it that way it does make sense, I can see how there'd be more fandom turnover in a situation like that. I always thought it was quite a nice MMO especially story-wise, just too costly for me in terms of time for where I am in my life at the moment! Still, worth looking into videos at least.

And I mean, mutual adoption is pretty much part of the deal since Naminé tends to be the spiritual guide friend regardless of who her CR is with! They'll be cute I'm sure. c: If you've got anywhere in mind that you'd specifically like them to meet, I'm all ears!
