Welcome to Songerein's CR Meme! A place where players can dump info on their characters and try to plot with others to continue existing or create new CR. We have a handy dandy form so go forth, tell us about yourself and your characters, and start plotting! You can refer to the Mod Announcement for plotting ideas for the month and beyond! Continuing or using things from the recent TDM.

If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

Canon: BOTW, after freeing the Divine Beasts but before fighting Ganon

About: Chaotic gremlin semi-amnesiac who is learning how to people/civilization again after playing in the woods too long. Being quiet doesn't stop him from being a total weirdo, and I'm sorry for that.

Abilities: Link is an accomplished swordsman and has been making some serious progress with dreamotion, enhancing the Champions' abilities he has access to. Mipha's Grace can now heal a friend! Urbosa's Fury can now zap more stuff! Revali's Gale...well...it just sorta yeets things, but it's. it's fine. Anyway, he's pretty good at it. Which drives Zelda totally out of her mind. Alas.

PLANS
General:
I've got a lot of thoughts going into this month, and 2023 in general. Link is at a struggle point right now, in terms of involvement and emotions: he's trying to make a life for himself while he's here, trying to make friends and actually sort of be a person? Which is something he's never really allowed himself to do. But he's running up against a lot of guilt over his failure to stop the Calamity. Also some guilt about how he sort of shut himself off, thinking he needed to be a "strong silent hero" for everyone around him, and how it affected the friendships he lost during that time. This is a big old tangle of stuff he's going to continue to struggle with into the future: I'm hoping to canon update him to post-game at some point before May, but not until after he's come to a good place with himself and these struggles. After that, it'll just be chilling until TotK, when I'm sure I'll find a totally horrible canon point to update him to. SO YEAH. LOTS OF INTERNAL STRUGGLES RIGHT NOW. I'd like to have him work through some of that by developing friendships and beginning to understand people, and by having those people begin to understand him and what he's been through.
I'm gonna be putting up an open/catch-all post for him this month, so if we can't make something work for the event, maybe that'll do!
Dream Board:
I'm interested in the dark crystal quest, Frosty, the world tree, and cleaning out the well.
Event:
I haven't decided yet whether I'll top-level or not, but Link will definitely be involved, and I'm happy to have him tag out wherever. If you've got a request, send me a link (hahaa) and I'll get on it!

CR Dreams:
-Dumb teens to be friends with and do dumb teen things with
-Tangentially related, other dumb protags to do dumb protag things with
-Older sibling types; he's got big "little gremlin brother" energy
-Complicated relationships where they don't get along but understand each other
-People who share interests: cooking, outdoors-y stuff like camping, animals/horses, fighting monsters, struggling to understand How To People but really wanting to, occasionally dumb punny shitposting
-People who might want to learn how to cook or use a sword or something?
-Gosh, anything really
