Character: Rokurou | rokubro Canon: Tales of Berseria; post-canon
About: Rokurou is a very laidback daemon with a rather "positive" attitude in the sense that he doesn't sweat the small stuff too much and just rolls with most things. As a war daemon, fighting is pretty much his life and what he enjoys most, with the sword being his one true lovebeloved favored weapon. He excels in dual short swords but isn't too shabby with the greatsword, either, and in fact now dual wields those, too. Like I said, sword nut. He follows the role of the "samurai" fairly well, living up to those codes and his family name. Can be super loyal and supportive, will repay any debt he owes, will look out for the younger crowd, and just overall a nice and fun guy to be around, especially at a bar. Loves that alcohol. He can also be a little bit of a fun jokester and a troll. But hidden beneath that nice guy exterior is a dark ball of rage that only surfaces when he's really into his fight. He doesn't like being interrupted. Period. A lot of that rage comes from his hatred for his older brother, but a lot of that has been resolved. He's otherwise pretty chill. (Except around his brother—there is no chill.)
One important thing to note is his daemoneye, with the black markings running down his neck. Normally only certain people can see it, but since this is a dreamworld anyone will be able to see it with those who are supernaturally inclined able to tell right away he's not human. In addition to this, Rokurou has something called malevolence, which is basically a dark, negative type of energy that can corrupt things and turn them daemon. It still exists in Songerein, but he keeps it contained inside himself so no one should be affected unless something causes him to lose it. You can read more about it here. PLANS General: I don't have as much planned, so debating if I'll put up an open log or not. Partly because I'm debating on topleveling in the event. If I don't do one, I'll do the other or continue to make bad decisions and do both. The guy just enjoys exploring and getting into whatever kind of fight or challenge there is ha ha ha /sigh.
Dream Board: If I do an open log, then Rokurou would tackle these tasks!
Neighborhood Pests. Someone remind him that he doesn't have to cut them down—
Cupid Pranks. Oh boy, there could be a lot of interesting shenanigans with this one. Rokurou could either become a target, the person that gets latched onto, or helping with getting rid of these pesky statues.
Singing Flowers. Eeeh a little iffy on this one, BUT he might head out or be there anyway because he'd be interested in fighting the creatures at the Cliffs. Because he would.
Gnoble Workers. This one seems like an easy fun one!
Chocolate Hearts. Again, he has no actual interest in the chocolate hearts and doesn't even believe it, but he would definitely fight it just because. Might as well make some quick scam cash???
...As I write all that out it is looking more likely I will make a log lmfao. But if anyone has any other ideas or requests, let me know!
Event: WELL I might tag out at the Masquerade instead. He'll be there since it looks interesting and meeting the dragons again 👀 BUT if I do toplevel, it would at least make it open for people interested in approaching Rokurou to do so. Like Eustace, he's not really looking in the romance department, but unlike Eustace he will casually flirt back if anyone tried. I'm also happy to tag anyone there, too! Otherwise he'll just roam around, check out the place, may or may not get into trouble or mischief WE'LL SEE. For the Town portion, definitely would be having fun with the arrows and may actually take it upon himself to fire a few—maybe, coughs. But that's all I really got.
I was going to be clever and find a YouTube video about London Invasions, but it really came down to Beatles music, so if you like the Beatles, picture your favourite Beatles song and that's equivalent to me on your catch-all.
