Character: Ichimonji Norimune | kikuichi Canon: Touken Ranbu, Post-Great Invasion About: Self-proclaimed retired old man and sword spirit. Norimune is one of the handful of Touken Danshi from the time government until his reassignment. Not like he'll talk about it (it's Boring and also no one's here is his master). When he's not working, he likes to chill with tea, snacks and popcorn.gif at the kids and anything fun to watch! He does have a bit of an issue with "Okita Souji owned a Kiku-Ichimonji", which he's continuing to ponder over.
PLANS General: BACK FROM MY TRIP. Norimune's waking up from his hiatus sleep coma, so he'll be easing back into life and being an annoying curious old man.
As a possible long term personal plot, I want Norimune to eventually trust someone to become his temporary saniwa sage aka master. This means he'll need to both trust someone and reveal the relevant lore to them.
He'll be doing Calligraphy because why not. It'll also double as him trying to channel dreamotion for this. Feel free to ask him to write your name, or if your character won't ask but you want it, lemme know so I can have him do it anyway. Maybe you can take it home to decorate your walls?
I'm also want him to check out the Tree of Stories at one point, so I'll see if I can fit it into his log. He'll just look up stories. Honestly, I think it'd be funny if he find a book on Katchu Ranbu, but generally thinking finding generic brand name'd stories to comment on. Finding books for Touken Ranbu probably for the far future?
Event: Norimune will happily attend the Masquerade! If anyone need an IC reason, he can ask them to consider it (regardless of CR or not). He won't push it if they're unwilling. The Castle itself seems interesting, but he'll (generally) behave unless I think of something.
He'll get a Mask, which is likely a chrysanthemum design because idk maybe the fairy godmothers saw his clothes and nodded in understanding. We can make figuring his identity as easy or difficulty as you like, he'd have fun either way.
Glass Slippers Brooches would be fun for him, so he can be either side (waiting or follow the lead).
Outside of the masquerade, the Mockingbirds would be neat. He's an old spirit and a weapon, so it's one possible way to learn his non-humanity. Or not, depends on the conversation/observation, we'll wing it.
