Character: Akashi Kaoru | queenofminiskirts Canon: High School Arc right after visiting the Rule 63 Alternate universe. About: A high school girl/secret government agent turned internationally wanted criminal (temporarily!) who is cheerful and likes to tease people. She's seen some pretty awful things but had a good support network to help her work through some of that trauma so she's relatively well adjusted with some minor issues here and there.
She's really good at befriending unfriendly/antisocial people and genuinely enjoys their company. And also enjoys teasing them.
PLANS General: She's new so any CR is good CR! She comes from a world where people with psychic powers being discriminated against is a Thing so anyone who might be interested in talking that out would be especially interesting.
Dream Board: I'm looking in particular at Cuddle Your Fears as her fear is...herself. Or rather her powers. Which seems like an interesting conversation to be had. The Fluff of Nyaightmares and Ice Cream Challenge is also interesting. The latter to see how much food this girl can pack away, the former because she will try to bring the cat back while trying to prevent its rampage...probably by hitting something.
Event: The festival and the labyrinth both look interesting! I still have to decide on a costume but she is absolutely going to wear on. If she runs into anyone looking for a costume she'd be happy to give ideas...though for all the guys she'd probably just suggest a maid outfit with cat ears.

I would like to do something with these two!!! Kazuya's greatest fear is Also Himself, so maybe they can bond over that weird fact.

hell YES the bonding after self-love issues sounds like The Ideal Version of events... especially since he'll be more readily willing to cheer her up by doing stupid shit (like wearing a maid outfit)
