Abilities: He can use a sword, shoot fire, heal people, turn into a bigass bird that also shoots fire and heals people. He’s starting to learn how to create and use barriers with dreamotion, and has gotten comfortable with using his ‘regular’ powers to the point where he’s beginning to play around with manifesting dreamotion similarly to some of his in-game attacks.

Short term:
Joshua got his ass handed to him TWICE in October, so he’s going to look for training partners to start seriously honing his combat skills.
Long term: He’s started investigating his weird ability to accidentally eat noctaere, and it hasn’t been going too well. Given how busy November will be personally and I’m sure playerbase-wide, I’m going to have him working on this quietly in the background while possibly brainstorming some info for him to delve into.
Event: Joshua will be putting his powers to use and burning some leaf monsters! That’s the biggest thing right now. That and facing his most harrowing nightmare: giant carrots.
CR Dreams: Thank you to everyone making friends with this dumb nerd!!! (That said, I’m always looking for more friends for him!)
Now that he’s a bit more situated, he’s going to start opening up more to the friends he’s made so far. Which basically boils down to gushing about his brother to anyone willing to listen.
Combat training would be fun. Deer needs his exercise violence. And if Joshua insists on "paying", Alastor will want to learn more about his world and his magic.
Alastor has a lot to bring to the table for training (check out the app on his journal because it's a loooong list even if he was nerfed for game purposes) so Joshua would get a damn good workout from him.
Tell him the things! Let him charm you! He can be very charming if he wants to be. ... Also please tell him there's an organization called the Cursebreakers in your world he'll find that hilarious.
Ryu will just nod and go "uh huh" and not understand fully but he'll try.
i would like for Kazuya and Joshua to... train together??? maybe? Kazuya has 0 formal training and honestly the only weapon he technically gets is a mistletoe phone strap. other than that it's all punching demons all the time. Also because it'd be funny for Kazuya to get his ass handed to him because he doesn't actually have any skill other than do his best to punch, or use his magic skills to absolutely obliterate. And since he definitely can't do the latter...
Also they can chill and listen to music as Joshua tells him all about his cool brother!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... teach him formal anything... also because he's so curious about Joshua and his life because he's hinted at some sort of regal-ness and Kazuya has absolutely 0 of that too. maybe joshua will be the first to find out kazuya is actually a king when he fucking begs to teach him some Kingly Shit(TM)

Rufus would be happy to train with Joshua, he needs to get in shape himself and he grew up around trained murderous assassins, he can teach him a few tips and tricks including how to use a shotgun.
Yes!!! I'm starting to think that maybe making a full blown post is the best move to make. Once I'm able to sit down and write it, I'll let everyone know!
