Character: Eustace
Canon: Granblue Fantasy; post Ramen Travels With Cassius and Avalon CRAU

About: Typical stoic, aloof, silent elite agent soldier lone wolf type with the biggest soft spot for all things dog. His ideal is to live a life filled with peace and quiet, and so he fights to protect not only his peace but others as well. Eustace can be a bit rough around the edges, but he's softened up and can be amiable with those he's grown to trust and care for. Often compared to as a "guard dog" he is fiercely loyal to those close to him. He is skilled with guns, short blades, and grenades with his favored weapon being Flamek, a special rifle that can unleash lightning.

For some other random tidbits, that hairstyle isn't just for looks—his right eye is sensitive to light. Normally it's not a problem, but when there are sudden bright flashes that he can't prepare for, he can be temporarily blinded on that side. He does have an eyepatch he can wear though it's only for certain combat situations. As an Erune, the dog-like ears on his head are very real, but he does not have a tail. Also as an Erune, the fashion choice of open sides and backs is the norm— More detailed info can be found here!

PLANS
General: KICKS DOWN DOOR FROM HIATUS WHAT'S UP— Okay I actually don't have too much planned outside of catching up and event things. Long term, Eustace is looking to stay in Songerein permanently because, well, he wants to stay with his wife :V I made a journal post in January, as well as a sign-up post for anyone who may be interested in helping! IT'S STILL OPEN, in fact anyone will be able to join in at any time, but the more I know sooner the easier it will be for me to start dropping/assigning things to people over the next few months.

He will also be joining Tifa on a special announcement /o/ More reasons for him wanting to stay— But as mentioned in Sheila's thing, they are opening a pet cafe!

Oh, and Lyria is his daughter now. Hurt her and prepare to die—

Dream Board: I THINK I'll be focusing on the event so no open log for me this time. But I'm game for any of the Dream Board quests available! Eustace would be very sus about the Chocolate Hearts one though.

Event: Definitely topleveling, and I'll have both sides available! Have to pick out his suit, but it'll be moon themed. With cutouts/side+back exposure. Because that's how Erunes roll—

Masquerade. Alas, he'll only be available for friendship mingling, but I don't mind if someone tries to flirt with him first before realizing/he tells them. Eustace will also kind of. Avoid the floor, but if it's someone he knows he'll dance with them at least once. Otherwise, when he's not with Tifa or Lyria, he'll be scoping the castle, both inside and outside.

Around Town. AS HUMOROUS as it is to imagine Eustace with one of the masks, I'm not sure if I'll be able to make a prompt for it or not. If I do I'll toss it in, otherwise he's more likely to try and help any he's fit to match against. The Mockingbirds are amusing, as well as the Arrow Delivery, so one or both of those will be there. The Bleeding Hearts........ He has memories of the last one, and fortunately this year he doesn't have the same insecurities as he did before, so he'll be free from them. However, he will try to help anyone he knows, so if you're interested let me know!

It's time for Father and Son to spend more time together. (Details pending once I see the actual prompts for event.) But it's coming.

Beatrix didn't do it at the wedding, but maybe in light of the masquerade circumstances and some other things that happened at the end of December, I think it would be nice if she voluntarily took him for a dance. If she can talk him into it. Just an idea. One way or another, she'll exchange some pleasantries with him.

YES I am down for Father-In-Law things LMFAO I'm sure we can come up with something 👀

And if Beatrix doesn't ask him, Eustace will ask her, so yes a dance will definitely happen huhuhu.
