About: Ira is a Keyblade Master from the earliest known point on the KH Timeline and one of five individuals responsible for the first Keyblade War. He's a fairly serious guy who needs to be brought out of his shell, but he's also been doing a bit better at that. Unicorns are just part of the aesthetic.

Abilities:
In Canon: As a Keyblade Master, Ira can wield a keyblade and has access to a lot of different kinds of magic, typically useful for combat.
Within Songeraine: Ira has been working with dreamotion to enhance his magic and get it to do cooler stuff. And sometimes while dreamwalking, he takes the form of a Unicorn.

PLANS
General: The biggest thing for Ira right now is that last month he had a dream that kind of laid everything about his involvement in the Keyblade War out. Since it was kind of him reliving a bad time, he's still kind of recovering from that and is reaching out to a few people to apologize and answer any questions.
He's started to have a few doubts about things he once had faith in and that's probably going to lead to some measure of Darkness to be dealt with.
Otherwise, we're probably looking forward to some quieter times over the next few months which I am open to a lot of fluff and fun!
Dream Board:

Leprechaun Manhunt might also be fun
Dreams, Camera, Action might also be neat, especially considering Ira's recent dreams.
Event: Ira will have a top level at the event. We're looking at some general around town stuff, some hot pot time, and a good good hot springs episode!

About: Anya is a very fictionalized version of Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna, the youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, who managed to survive a family tragedy with amnesia and goes on a quest to find her identity with two guys and her dog, while avoiding being attacked by a vengeful Rasputin and his green minions. She can be snarky AF, but she is also kind, loyal, determined, and creative in her art and thinking skills.

It is also worth noting that Anya comes in from the end of Forgotten Tales where she was among the Aspects fighting off the Story Eater who arrived to Songerein when it tried to flee from them during the last battle.

Abilities: Anya is mostly a normal lady who can sing, dance, sew, paint, draw, and attack baddies with brooms and feather dusters. Currently, her dreamotion abilities consist of ice, light and fire magic, emotional singing and elemental infusion. I hope to have her gain limited weather control and glamouring within the coming days, just need to decide on which one though.

PLANS
General: Anya is going to be working hard as well at Madame Blackbird’s and taking Pooka on nice fall walks. As well as being an unexpected therapist for the traumatized good leprechauns.
Dream Board: Leprechuan Manhunt does sound interesting as she wants to get even with the naughty leprechauns. Lights Camera Dreamotion is also a great option as real life Anya did used to play with cameras in the past. And I cannot pass on the doing All Want for Christmas is You for the memes.
Event: Tossing Anya into a TL and tagging her around. She will participate in the hot pot cooking and the hot springs too. Can’t forget Pooka too. He is joining in on the fun.

Etc.: Not exactly related to Bluth Anastasia, but Fate Grand Order acknowledges RL Anya as one of the first people in history to take selfies.

About: Friendly, personable, gremlin of a man from an ancient civilization that was able to create just about anything they set their mind to out of nothing. While he himself isn't all that skilled with the aetherial manipulation to be able to Create as well as his brethren, he's still very knowledgeable about the art--enough to become Chief of the Bureau of the Architect, the governmental body in charge of approving created concepts for use by the rest of his people. He's been working on his self-confidence lately thanks to the whole Imbalance event.

Abilities: Hyth is able to make some small items and pieces of furniture with a mix of creation magicks and dreamotion. He also has the ability to see the form and color of people's souls and has been working on being able to better distinguish/"read" dreamotion and nightmare energy and the like.

Soldier: 76 | Overwatch

Character: Soldier: 76 | steadypulse
Canon: Overwatch, post-Valkyrie, and CRAU from Forgotten Tales

About: 76 is an enhanced super soldier, turned golden-boy-head of an international government funded peace keeping organization, turned bitter and jaded vigilante.

He's a rough and gruff old man these days, seeking out the truth and his new personal kind of justice. He's a very hands on type of guy from Indiana who was raised on a farm and basically forced to be the Golden Boy American Dream for a majority of his life. Thins got turned upside-down after a life of pressure and personal sacrifices and basically he is going one man army on his hunt for those responsible.

Sometimes you gotta break a few eggs, and beat some gang member's head with a smoldering piñata.

Abilities: Man has enhanced strength, speed, agility, senses, endurance, stamina- Super Soldier Shit, basically. Under his belt is also military training to go with that, along with a natural charisma he buries and the fact he will run head-on in to danger at the drop of a hat even still. More about this is of course in his app.

I'm going with a shadow based and also electrical based dreamotion type deal, the first leaning a little on to something he had in Forgotten Tales. Things will be added on, little extra pieces as he learns and grows with it(like having shadow armor and gauntlets, the oddly warm and velvety fluid-ish feel to his shadows, and weird little shadow portals that he's learned to move through{bit of shadow walking!}). Has figured out how to conjure wolves from a mix of light and shadow dreamotion, they're pretty neat. Has learned he can shapeshift into a wolf, still practicing and getting better shifting back and fourth.

There's a bit of an ice and fire thing going on, stemming off from the shadow and electrical dreamotion of his a bit. After his time of turning Noctare 76 discovered an ability to grow and manipulate plants of various sorts; flowers, constricting vines— getting better with time.

PLANS
General: Currently working at the Wild Harvest as a cook, and helping out the local farmers(He's working a lot on the farmlands, helping a few of the farmers tending to whatever animals and mending that needs to be done. An old had at helping around a farm given he was raised on one.). 76 is keeping up to the usual business of late night patrols in town, and some moonlit patrols. There are a few plans just going along in the background, and I'm up to adding any fun ideas with others to things.

76 is also involved in looking out for both Erasers and Noctaere(along with the Noctasers that's a nightmarish creation of combining the two), and as only a few characters he's got CR with know he is still dealing with some Noctaere/nightmare energy corruption since Day 1 of the game. Hid it a little too well.

There is an ongoing player plot I've been running for a few months in the background, involving a Noctaere repulsing flower discovered by Kazuma and 76 called Glowing Dawns. ICly it was decided to keep the secrets of the cave and what dwells within it at the end of a hidden tunnel and deep underground out of public knowledge outside of a few characters, to protect the creatures and the Lunarbore that call it their home. That being said? I'm very willing to work out ways to get others involved if they want their character in on this knowledge, and there's a wide web of opportunity in getting involved with the Glowing Dawn flowers themselves outside of that.

There is a closed log that will be going up this month involving this, involving close CR he trusts to keep a secret and someone they may trust the same.

If anyone is curious about this ongoing background character plot I'm happy to answer questions about that, too. Along with the possibility of finding other places the flowers grow outside of underground caves and all.

Dream Board: He will be going out on the Power Search trip and helping out as he can, and naturally aiding in Harvest Time.
Event: May or may not tag out depending, got a lot going on this month already.

CR Dreams: I honestly enjoy pulling this man right out of his comfort zone, and getting him people he can be friendly with; easy mode is of course military folks, or anything similar there. People he can get comfortable around, talk shit with while having a good laugh about it, and eventually give an actual name possibly- maybe go maskless around in more proof of that comfort whether he realizes it or not. He's already gotten some of that, but I welcome more.

76 is also pretty good at training those who are less inclined to fighting. Wanna learn to toss someone twice your size over your back? Grumpy old man can be one of those guys. He's also skilled with his own dreamotion abilities, and a few more sensible things that could come in handy with living in a place like this(he has volunteered to help people practice in learning sign-language, just as an example).

Despite never having kids of his own? The man at times has Big Dad Vibes when he's not being cautious in that stand-offish and "grumpy" way of his. Usually in some subtle ways, and not even just towards younger characters- trying to make sure someone's fed or well rested during a trip, or dreamscape, that takes some time to get through. Despite his own thoughts and opinions on any matter concerning himself, he's pretty descent at it, and also an example of what not to do with your life. So if you're interested in that type of CR? There's this old grump for you.

Rob | The Amazing World of Gumball

About: Rob used to be a background student in Gumball's class, but he was deemed a mistake and sent to the Void with all the other mistakes of the world. He broke back in after he was ignored while Gumball and Darwin saved someone else, and the force of the escape completely screwed up his body.

He had been completely forgotten and was a literal nobody, so the only open role they could find for him was being the villain. Rob really doesn't want to be the bad guy, but he doesn't know anything else and he's angry enough about it that it kind of works out. He is also completely aware that his world is a TV show.

Rob, understandably, has a big chip on his shoulder and is very quick to anger, but deep down he still cares and would rather do what would end up being for the best even if his means are less than acceptable. He doesn't give up easily. And deep down he's just a seventh grader who's been through a lot.

Abilities: He can do standard weird cartoon character stuff like being able to survive crazy falls or blows with little to no injury. Dreamotion-wise, I've been meaning to give him electricity powers and the ability to summon really ridiculous weapons, but he's still working through a lot of personal stuff. Also his dreamwalking form is his original body.

PLANS
General: He's still working out who else he can be now that he actually gets to choose, and I have been wanting to explore this with him! And making connections, he needs to get used to having friends again too.
Event: I might tag out, probably won't toplevel. He's also very emotional about the freaking plushies they got.

CR Dreams: FRIENDS! I'd love it if he had people he really trusted and could mutually support. Also having nemeses for his old villain stuff would be fun even if he does want to work away from that. Maybe more like a fun rivalry even if Rob won't see it that way.

Abilities: For now, just sticking to his prehensile tail and his immunity to fire!

PLANS
General: I have a great idea for him when it comes to cast mates, but I definitely want to have some ideas for cross-canon CR! I'm gonna clean up the permissions post some point soon, but it'll be there so everyone can draw their lines in the sand OOCly - even if he's a crude motherfucker, I wanna make sure he's not being TOO gross and making fellow players uncomfortable.

CR Dreams: I'd love some antagonistic CR - any kind of beef at any scale would be a lot of fun to grab! Whether it's "fuck you I'm stealing your parking spot" or both characters trying to shoot each other on sight. Of course I'd like other characters who're down to clown with this weirdo, especially if they're likely to get into his more hyperactive moods. I think the CR he'd have the least chemistry with are just people that would roll their eyes at his antics and be aloof - he's very much the type to shrug and say "well fuck you then" and go on about his day, so there's not usually a lot I can spin with that to make it interesting!

About: She's an Actual Victorian Orphan who is a pickpocket-turned-detective and comes with a small dog named Toby who is great at tracking by scent! She can be friendly but also has a temper, and she has issues involving both trust and self-worth that she's made some strides with.

Abilities: She's a normal human, but she's armed with a small steampunk gas launcher that produces colorful clouds of smoke (and sometimes fireworks?) Her main dreamotion ability is that she can change what the gun fires to fit certain situations, such as shooting out nets or ropes. And she's also accompanied by Toby, who is a master at tracking anything he sniffs up.

PLANS
General: I've been lazy about making an actual post about it, but she does offer her detective services to the actual public, including putting Toby to work in locating missing people or objects. Aside from that, I mostly want her to continue learning things and considering her future.
Dream Board: I'm open to Dream Board adventures with her! She would definitely undertake the leprechan manhunt, and the dreamotion camera one could be fun to showcase the dreams of either party involved! And contempltating what to do with the siren... really, she could probably be talked into any of this month's tasks!
Event: I am still thinking over what I want to do with her for the event, including whether or not she'll get a top level. Stuff related to the hot pot and hot spring shenanigans could all be possibilities!

CR Dreams: I dream of any and all kinds of CR! Friendly types to offset her grumpiness, fellow British/old timey people, others who have had to live in the lower classes of society or upper class characters for contrast. People who can teach her detective things and/or try to influence her back more on the pickpocket side... friends, enemies, rivals, mentors, there's plenty of possibilities!

About: According to Dante, she is one of the two most badass women around. Lady's a long time friend of Dante's and is a fellow demon hunter. Known as the Walking Arsenal, she carries a lot of guns with her at all times. She's probably the only human that can keep up with Dante for the most part and she isn't afraid to shoot him either.

Abilities: Lady is very good with guns. She's also quite agile and isn't afraid to get into a fight when she needs to. She's keeps herself at peak physical condition due to her job choice, so she's quite strong and agile. She's also pretty quick too. Not sure what she's going to do about the dreamotion.

PLANS
General: Lady needs to meet the various people working with Dante and surprise them with how normal she appears to be. And then deny that they've never dated. She could use some new friends.
Event: I will be making a top level and tagging around.

About: Obnoxiously loud, but ready to throw a punch when someone is in need. Beat is a skater boy who has had to play in a death game called the Reaper's Game technically thrice. Despite being a little rough around the edges and having the tendency to be aggressive and reckless, Beat is actually a big softie underneath the tough guy facade. He's 100% loyal to those he calls his friends and has a bit of a martyr complex, wanting to protect people who cannot protect themselves even if it puts himself in harm's way. Also if anyone just needs someone with big brother vibes, Beat is your guy.

Abilities: Beat has the latent psychic ability to use Soundsurf, which allows him and those he syncs up with to move at high speeds. He also has the ability to use various psychs via pins available to him. In Songerein, he only has the Burnin' Boar pin, which basically envelops him in a ball of fire as he charges into things, causing damage on impact.

Beat has been able to use fire-based dreamotion when needed to cast light and to envelop his fists in flames to help with fights. He's now trying to integrate his skateboard into his dreamotion abilities.

PLANS
General: In the next month or two, he will also be giving a bit of an update on the whole skateboard situation. Though he has gotten back his own from home, he still wants to make a couple for whoever is interested. He can even customize the deck for you if that's something your character would want.

Beat can also be found helping at the music studio or walking some of Eustace's corgis around the village.

Dream Board: Beat will be joining Futaba's excursion (Power Search) in the middle of the month to the wildlands to try to a power source for Reverein. Hopefully, they'll be able to find something that will help spruce things up for the coming holiday season. I'd also be up to having him being a guinea pig for the photographs (Dreams, Camera, Action!).

Event: I may top-level and have Beat help out with the hotpot so he can chow down on it, and have him visit the hot springs. I'm thinking he'll be challenging people at ping pong at the hot springs and maybe one of the monkeys might even steal the towel he has set aside. Who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

CR Dreams:
💀 As mentioned above, Beat as a big brother, he has that part down to pat, so if you need a pseudo-big brother, he can definitely be one. I want him to be a bad influence on someone though. Rules? Screw that.
💀 Though he has a bunch of adults who plan on adopting him, I wouldn't be against more. He doesn't have a lot of good older people to look up to so it would be great to have someone/s fill in that slot.
💀 Beat is also very gullible... you have my permission to use that knowledge as you please.
💀 Negative CR? Yes, please.

Did someone just say "loud and tough big bro"? Sign Noel up! She's like, everyone's little sister, and on top of that one of her older brothers is already the walking "jerk with a heart of gold" stereotype, so if she can handle him, she'll probably have no trouble around Beat, either.

About: Trahearne is the eldest of the sylvari, a brand new race of plant people (not plant-like or plant-fused, he is literally walking, talking foliage). He was born with a destiny that weighed heavily on him his whole life, but from it he grew into a enthusiastic, curious, and renowned scholar. On the other side of his destiny he took up the mantle of leader for a combined military force dedicated to killing Elder Dragons.

Despite all the things hoisted on him, he prefers his alone time and would rather a quiet moment with a book. He's friendly, polite, good at picking out others' strengths and lifting others up. He's also kind of weird. he WILL eat raw choya and that's a threat

Abilities: Trahearne is a necromancer! The typical GW2 necromancer doesn't bring people back from the dead, though. It's more of a death/life-manipulation magic, where he can manifest gross undead minions, drain life to heal himself or others, inflict status effects like bleed and torment. He's been working on combining his magic with dreamotion to create new abilities that will make him very tanky. A tanky light armor class? welcome to gw2 lmao

On the dreamotion front, he can manifest thorny vines of varying sizes and can successfully replicate the sword his mom gave him, but only under situations of emotional stress. Why doesn't he just get the sword back with a bauble. because he doesn't believe he deserves it, obviously

PLANS
General: In general-general, Trahearne spends most of his time at the Songerein Wikki Archives as its founder. It's basically a resident-contributed repository of knowledge on Songerein itself (like...like a wiki). You're always free to handwave having seen him before or even know his name because of this!

In terms of upcoming stuff, flower-hunting field trip, maybe the crystal expedition (I've been wanting to send him to the Wastes for ages)??? Eustace's bachelor party and--oh god he's officiating the Eustifa wedding?????? I've also been toying with the idea of making him go noctaere sometime early next year. My original idea was January but I don't want it to clash with the Dream Eater showdown, so I'm back to the drawing board. OTHERWISE we'll see...! Character development is always something I'm working on. he's slowly getting over [[REDACTED]] we are very proud of him.
Dream Board: I have a catch-all post up already that touches on the dreamotion camera and harvest quests. Feel free to hit that up, even if you've just joined!
Event: I'm genuinely shocked Trahearne isn't immediately banned from hot springs after his bloodthirsty campaign against the dragons?? About: Sora is a bright sunshine protagonist from a world called Destiny Islands. He's travelled to many worlds in the past so seeing a new one isn't new to him. Reckless, sassy and silly, he can be a little over the top sometimes, but he always does his best! Protecting his friends and loved ones is the most important thing to him and he'll go to great lengths to do that even if it costs him.

Sora also comes from another game with CRAU from aefenglom. He used to be a half-rabbit boy monster and vegetarian. Now he's enjoying the ability to eat normally again. He turned nineteen in March 2022 so he isn't much of a younger kid anymore but still possesses a lot of the same traits he did before. He's a little older and a little wiser but still the same golden-hearted boy he's always been.

Abilities:
🗝️ Keyblade: Sora primarily uses a keyblade as his weapon of choice! He currently has three iterations of the weapon, Kingdom Key, Starseeker and Ultima Weapon. He can swap between all three at will and they can change form depending on how Sora uses his abilities.

Since balance between light and dark is a good thing... This might turn out to be detrimental to Sora in the long run. Think along the lines of- "light warden" from FFXIV.

About: Tifa is the "Mom Friend" if there ever was one. She is a kind, empathetic, patient, protective soul who is always looking out for others. Sociable and friendly as she can be, she's much more reserved than she appears—she never wears her heart on her sleeve and keeps her emotions close, and prefers to talk about anything but herself. But don't let her shy, timid exterior fool you. She is a savvy business woman who ran a bar and can kick a lot of ass, too.

Internally, Tifa is defined by her grief and losses in life, is incredibly self-critical, and it's because of this that she is always pushing herself to do better. She'll always try to think things through first and put on a smile for others, but deep down beneath all of that is a woman still struggling from her past. In spite of her anger and her past, she is still always trying to do the right thing and to help anyone in need, and treat everyone with kindness, regardless of who they are or where they come from.

Abilities: Tifa is, by definition, the classic Final Fantasy Monk class. She utilizes different types of gloves/knuckles as weapons and uses powerful kicks and punches to fight. "Tifa-ryu", as she calls her style, is a mix between a handful of things: gymnastics, taekwondo, boxing, and wrestling, to name a few. She also carries several materias on her gloves that allow her to use magic: Cure, Fire, and Summon Ifrit, as well as an Elemental materia that adds a fire element to her physical attacks. Anyway, have a neat combo video.

As for dreamotion abilities, Tifa has become quite experienced with hers over the year and will sometimes use it to fight. Her emotions manifest into fire, and she's taught herself to wield it as a "weapon" of sorts in battle if it's ever needed. Eventually, I plan on having her learn water (and maybe earth, later down the line) dreamotion as well.

General:

🌠 There is an announcement/invitation post for Eustace and Tifa's wedding coming up in December, and she'd like to know about some wedding traditions that other worlds might have! So come talk wedding stuff with her! The log for the wedding itself will be going up on December 3!
🌠 The wedding will be taking up most of my bandwidth in the immediate future, so beyond this post and a few other things, I am mostly keeping it light this month, so I'll be tagging out to others, so if anyone would like Tifa somewhere, please let me know!
🌠 They will also be working on figuring out a dog sanctuary and possibly link it to a pet cafe/bar that Tifa has had on her mind for some time, likely in the new year, but it's already a work in progress.

She's a hard worker and tries to do things on her own, but will just as quickly follow someone else's direction.

Abilities: She's EXTREMELY "normal". She's pretty decent at baking and housekeeping and is pretty good at multitasking, but that's about it for now.

General: Long term, I'd like to see her try to develop new skills, dreamotion related or not and maybe deal with some of her negative feelings toward herself. Since I'm new to the game, I'm still feeling things out as far as short term plans go.

About: A firebending princess. Y'know, like Disney princesses. If Disney princesses were prone to scheming, pathological lying, war crimes, attempting to murder pacifist twelve-year-olds with lightning, attempting to murder her own brother with both fire and lightning multiple times, coups d'etat, and just plain being antisocial and unpleasant. Don't worry, she's... okay no she hasn't calmed down, but she's gotten fractionally less volatile and more stable while she was in Jigoku.

Abilities: The big canon abilities of hers are firebending (the ability to create and control powerful flames, as well as creating lightning) and her highly trained physical abilities. No thoughts yet for Dreamotion except that she's going to be awful at controlling it. Dreams are all about the subconscious emotions, and that's just too deep for her to force control, so she can't mask the powderkeg there like she normally could.

PLANS

General: I mean the long-term hope for Azula is for her to develop some chill and apply it. Short-term, though, I'm very up in the air and very flexible. It will probably involve negative CR and Azula just being the worst.

Event: I dropped an event toplevel here. Obviously she's extremely new, a little lost, and wholly unwilling/unable to ask for help, are you kidding me? But she's getting by.

CR Dreams:

What Azula can offer: Do you want negative CR? Do you just want somebody to make your character have a bad time? Well buddy, have I got the terrible human being for you. She's just the worst.

What I'm hoping for: Well, I do love the negative CR, it's always fun, and she's just so gosh-darn easy to nettle. That said, if you have the sort of character who could tolerate Azula's unruly, toxic, horribly antisocial behavior unique personality, I would love to throw friends at this little disaster despite herself. Reluctant positive acquaintances, people who somehow mistake Azula for a nice person, or even just people who walk into this fully aware of how awful she is and try to reach out anyway are all fun.

About: Typical stoic, aloof, silent elite agent soldier lone wolf type with the biggest soft spot for all things dog. His ideal is to live a life filled with peace and quiet, and so he fights to protect not only his peace but others as well. Eustace can be a bit rough around the edges, but he's softened up and can be amiable with those he's grown to trust and care for. Often compared to as a "guard dog" he is fiercely loyal to those close to him. He is skilled with guns, short blades, and grenades with his favored weapon being Flamek, a special rifle that can unleash lightning.

For some other random tidbits, that hairstyle isn't just for looks—his right eye is sensitive to light. Normally it's not a problem, but when there are sudden bright flashes that he can't prepare for, he can be temporarily blinded on that side. He does have an eyepatch he can wear though it's only for certain combat situations. As an Erune, the dog-like ears on his head are very real, but he does not have a tail. Also as an Erune, the fashion choice of open sides and backs is the norm— He also loves dogs. Like. A lot. More detailed info can be found here!

He is engaged to Tifa and will be married in December. He also takes care of 12 dogs, a wolf, and a cat and you can read all about them here.

Abilities: As mentioned Eustace is an experienced fighter with his forte in all things gun. He's an ace marksman and can even dual wield, be it two guns at once or a gun and dagger. He also knows how to handle grenades and is familiar with most weapons. Technically he has other skills, but what is video games and how do buffs and debuffs work. I need to really work on adapting some of his support skills with dreamotion energy...use that electricity to increase crit chance and vigor idk—

When in dreams, I like to have his attacks end up matching the theme of the dream if possible. So for example he's able to create his gun and replicate most of its normal attacks, but sometimes it fires something completely different. Like candy. Or flowers. He has developed some minor healing utilizing a mix of ice and lightning, which are the two predominant elements that he's used so far. Wind is next on his list to continue the whole storm theme. He has been working on understanding animals and he's got a good understanding for most canines with more general understanding on other animals (except bugs, he ignores them).

PLANS
General: First off, he and Tifa have announced their wedding, so there's that! I do have an open log planned as well to post sometime this week that will cover some dream board stuff. Eustace will also have his bachelor camp party that'll be open to any of his CR (just pretend a doggo snuck in an invite) and that log will go up...sometime soon I think lmfao kjklaj. He'll also be part of Futaba's excursion for the power crystals as well as another expedition with 76... ... ... He'll just be very busy...this month...haha.....

Dream Board: The tasks I'll be writing up or I could tag into others!

Leprechaun Manhunt. He's a pretty good hunter and he never liked them, so...the hunt is on.
All I Want for Christmas Is You. He is excellent with ice magic so seems like a good use for it—
Harvest Time (both version). Not a bad way to stock up for the home, too! Thinking about doing both of them.
Squirrel Problems. If anyone wants to meet one of his many dogs, they'll be running around chasing squirrels away from his home and around the neighborhood area.

Event: I'm already dying so no top levels crying. I think most of my focus for the hot pot/hot springs post will be with Rokurou, but I'll try and see if I can tag Eustace into anything since he would be checking the place out destination honeymoon— I'd also be open for requests!

CR Dreams: Give me everything you got. From anyone Eustace can be soft on to those he'll be guarded against to the ones who drive out his patience and make him want to walk off the moment they step into a room. Rivals would also be fun to keep some competition for him and though he might hate it, anyone willing to bother him, be it friendly nuisance to annoying pestering. He'll enjoy the company of those who are similarly quiet like him and dog lovers will definitely shoot up in favorability quickly. He's still gruff at times, but he's definitely softened to make things easier, so I'd like to have him form new bonds and relationships so he can continue to open up more.

As for what he can offer, he may not be the most "comforting" character type, but he can provide good support and loyalty to those he considers allies and friends. As he's on the older side, he's also good as an older mentor or "brother" figure, and he does have a soft spot for young kids while ready to clock anyone being stupid. He's also a good partner for any missions or combat oriented scenarios.

About: Self-proclaimed retired old man and sword spirit. Norimune is one of the handful of Touken Danshi from the time government until his reassignment. Not like he'll talk about it (it's Boring and also no one's here is his master). When he's not working, he likes to chill with tea, snacks and popcorn.gif at the kids and anything fun to watch! He does have a bit of an issue with "Okita Souji owned a Kiku-Ichimonji", but he'll eventually address in the future.

Abilities: As Touken Danshi, he's a skilled swordsman who is stronger than an average human being. Along with having some spiritual senses, in a "hm, this feels a bit bad" way.

As far as dreamotion goes, I'm thinking of something elemental like wind or water. Because giving those to Norimune is a good idea.

PLANS
General: Make friends! Adopt (?) young people to watch over! Norimune is new, so he'll be checking around and learning whatever he can, so he'd want information and building up a network of connections. He's in no hurry, so more like "make friends during vacation" than "mission time" speed.

Dreams, Camera, Action! - This one seems pretty neat and easy to start with. And Norimune wouldn't mind giving the camera a test run, so he can take your character's photos for this!

Hotpot - Food is always a great way to meet people over, right? I'm looking at him helping out with the Food Critters, as well as getting some Surprising effects while eating.
Dragon Nursery - gasp, he would love helping out with the dragon hatchlings and play with them. Strong chances of messes and troubles here, since he's just a simple old man (he's stronger than he looks).
Hot Springs - Since he's a sword, he probably doesn't mind who sees him naked, regardless of gender. Or he can play games with people, if you don't want to see him naked.

CR Dreams: I offer one (1) old man to be young (or have the young vibes) people's doting (?) grandpa, awful enabler and actually decent mentor if he stop joking around. For adults/older characters/have the vibes, he'd love to hang out for chatting and drinking tea/alcohol with. Regardless of which group, people who want to deal an eventually learn about his non-human nature in the future.

For more everyone, he can offer to spar with people IF he finds out they're a warrior and they interested him (read: "don't be boring" to him). I can usually make it work, so it's not hard to engage his interests.

he also is very good at sword combat and has very good reflexes for that sort of thing, attributed to his nature of always being on edge like there's going to be monsters attacking him at any given time.

About: Shigeru is a mute mysophobic phrobiest from a world that's similar to Earth but has a lot of differences. Phrobiests are people whose bloodline has been cursed by the felled Dark God Malnemnious and the curse grants those with it powers based on specific phobias. The more phrobiest use their powers the closer they are to losing control and essentially turning into eldritch monsters under Malnemnious' command. Despite all of that Shigeru is pretty happy/chipper and tries to make the most of his situation. He's rather shy due to his phobia/upbringing not really allowing for early socialization when he was younger. Phrobiests are also somewhat shunned by the general populace due to their monstrous origins and overall strange position in the world. They're used to fighting monsters but also become the monsters they wind up fighting, so a lot of people don't exactly want to associate themselves with them.

Shigeru is a healer and was part of a special ops team back home before getting pulled here so his medical training is topnotch and his fighting skills are pretty good as well. He fights with sword and shield and he's basically a huge worrywart for his team. He's also very good at cooking, drawing, and sign language!

Abilities: Healing dreamotion is probably something he's going to focus on for the time being just because using his powers is a bit of a double edge sword. Other than that his own abilities are listed: here for your perusal.

Clinic; Would like to do a clinic shenanigans log mostly just Shigeru looking for more healers and giving some first aid training for people who want it. But also decorating the clinic for the holiday seasons, maybe?! At least to make it more inviting on the outside especially.

Cooking; Going to make a network post about different ethnic foods and people's favorite dishes from their world! But having some cooking buddies to bounce ideas/new recipes off of would be nice!

Dream sharing; Definitely want to delve into Shigeru's terrible past?? Thanks to the mirror sheningans of last month Shigeru's nightmares are not...good. So he hasn't been sleeping a lot but if people want to be drawn into a hellish nightmare lmk!

Alastor is a demon from literal Hell. In life he was a radio broadcaster and serial killer with a penchant for cannibalism. He died and went to Hell, eliminating all of the old Overlords upon arrival. He himself then decided to just let others take the territory and do whatever entertained him...only after nine decades he's gotten pretty bored of Hell.

He likes to screw with people and takes delight in others' suffering. However, he has a warped moral compass that compels him to protect the weak. He's taken to traveling to various people's nightmares with the idea of being entertained. He'll step in when he thinks it's not being fun anymore.

Plans:
General Plans
Alastor is slooooowly working his way towards becoming a guardian though he'd never admit to such a position. He likes hopping from nightmare to nightmare to witness all the fun forms of torment but if someone is weak, he'll step in due to his moral code. He can't be relied upon to save you but as time goes on and he starts to care more, he could at least be counted on to pull people out of jams.

Honestly, he needs more friends. Being the boogeyman of Hell means that he doesn't get much socializing in. Arguably one reason he bargains in souls is to collect people who won't leave him. He's used to having people flee before he can even finish saying "hello". Redemption is a big theme in Hazbin Hotel but it's doubtful that Charlie's more idealistic measures will really work for him. He's lonely but his social skills are hella rusty.

Fair warning though: Alastor picks favorites but he's a pretty amiable (if kinda terrifying) person all around. Once he's decided you're one of his favorites, he'll invade your personal space every opportunity he gets though he won't let you touch him unless it's on his terms. So be prepared to be pulled in for random side-hugs, song-and-dance numbers, and other such nonsense.

Alastor is going to be working with the good people at the Wild Harvest to host another Thanksgiving feast this year. No, he's not basically indirectly thanking people for helping him return to normal and letting him stay in town despite what a nightmare he was as a noctaere. Perish the thought.

Part of Alastor's MO as a serial killer when he was alive was going after the ones that the law couldn't or wouldn't touch. Someone might want to ride along if only to keep him from showing the leprechauns what he does on a regular basis to the redcaps. (Though he personally wonders if there'd be any differences in flavor.)

He doesn't know exactly what this Siren is, but he's interested in freeing her to potentially cause chaos just for the fun of it. He died long before Christmas started creeping up to literally the day after Halloween, but his connection to the radio let him hear the holiday songs start earlier and earlier, so he's familiar with the pattern. Time to ring in the season with anarchy.

Canon: Kingdom Hearts. Her canon point is right as she’s merging with Kairi at the end of KH2. CRAU from Vestige, a horror game.

About: Naminé is a sweet, reserved, practical girl with sad eyes and boatloads of patience - complete with a lot of mostly-internalized baggage to go along - who will hecking read you. She is canonically a Nobody, which means that she's what happens when a person with a strong will loses their metaphysical heart and the rest of them just sort of keeps on going out of sheer stubbornness. Due to the fact that she was born with a unique ability to enter, adjust, and create new memories, she spent her entire canon life either being incentivized by a shady organization to rewrite the memories of her game's protagonist in order to manipulate him or, later on, trying to make up for the same by putting his memories back.

After that, this version of Naminé spent a few months in a horror game called Vestige. Therein she found herself kidnapped by yet another shady organization and forced to live out her days in a murderbox full of monsters and other threats. She came straight off of all that with a healthy dose of skepticism about this whole dreamworld business and a deep-seated need for a vacation. (And a stable home life.) Since then, she's gotten pretty used to this whole dreamworld business and is fairly certain it's not a trick. (She's still pretty scared she'll get sent back to the murderbox when she wakes up, though.)


Abilities: Canonically, Naminé is a powerful witch who can change the memories of others to the point of rewriting their personalities or, in the other extreme, crushing their hearts to render them non-functional. These abilities are poorly defined and apparently also allow her to alter information within written journals and computer data, and to change the appearance of objects (and possibly herself.) Additionally, she's able to create dark corridors that function as portals from one place to another.

For Songerein, some of this has gotten changed around, so the portals are no longer available to her and the memory powers affect dreams instead. Because her basic skillset involves manipulating both minds and objects around her already, she's got a talent for this whole dream magic thing and has been making good use of it lately as she becomes accustomed to employing it.

At this point, she's been able to relearn several basic elemental spells using Dreamotion. From here on out she'll be trying to grasp some of the more complicated ones like creating barriers or using Stop. Aside from those types of things, I'd also like to explore more in the direction of her inborn abilities to alter objects/her own appearance, which may involve some shapeshifting or illusions.

Dreamwalker Form: Naminé doesn't have a regular Dreamwalking form, but per her innate ability to adjust the appearance of things and KH's tendency to tweak costumes based on worlds, I'm going with her outfit/look being heavily influenced by whatever setting she's entering, rather than a standardized form. Blending in is the KH way!

Plans: The majority of what I have in mind for this month is mainly just general hotspring and dreamboard stuff, so I'm open to having her get involved in someone else's shenanigans as needed!

CR Dreams: Strictly speaking, Naminé's social life is going pretty well these days! She'll always need more friends and mentors, of course - although specifically I'd like to be able to explore relationships in more depth in general for her, since my horrendously slow tagging speed can make it hard to fully explore existing CR. It'd be nice to try to find some situations for her to get to know other characters better, and maybe, you know, actually open up instead of being cagey about everything.

As for what she can provide to others, Naminé is a very kind and compassionate individual and can handle even more difficult or aggressive personalities because of her sheer caring and general lack of a temper. She's patient and invested enough in other people's troubles that she serves as good starting CR for characters that struggle to integrate fully into the setting or don't get along well with others. If they need a therapist, she's their girl, pretty much. For more stable characters, she also makes a good tiny friend to drag along on their adventures and just generally vent their troubles to, and if they're looking for someone to protect, she serves that purpose effectively as well. At the moment, though, she's becoming more driven to act to protect others instead of it being the other way around, so that's likely to come into play.

Following some of her Songerein experiences, Naminé's developed something of an interest in music and dancing as well; she's gotten a little bit of experience with it by now and can (sort of) keep up when it comes to dancing, at least. Other artists are very welcome too, since she really needs more artist buddies to draw with.

She has also already begun the process of helping others learn to do more with Dreamotion energy, and will likely be prone to tutoring anyone she comes across who seems to be having trouble.

Etc.: Given my typical workload, it's pretty hard for me to keep track of what recent posts are out there, so if you want CR with Naminé but I haven't been able to send her your way up 'til now, please let me know directly if you want her somewhere specific/thrown at one of your TLs. About: A generally cheerful hedgehog girl who likes to do her best to help other people. She's overall friendly and sweet, but stronger than she looks, and coupled with a short temper it can be bad for anyone who manages to make her mad.

Abilities: She has above-average speed, strength, and durability, as well as sharp reflexes and acrobatic skills. She can especially hit hard with her Piko Piko hammer. Thanks to her time in Avalon, she also has healing magic and dark magic (which includes jinxes, hexes, curses, and some shadow manipulation). When dreamwalking, I'm thinking of giving her some light abilities, as well as some wind and earth manipulation.

General: No real big plans with her, other than making more friends and getting more used to and training with dreamotion. Maybe have her exploring more of the world, or finding a more long-term job

About: Kor is a shounen protagonist, happy-go-lucky, friendly, inquisitive about the world and people around them, and way too meddlesome for his own good. He has a catchphrase: "Kor Meteor doesn't try, Kor Meteor does!", and by god does he ever live by it, giving his all to everything he does, seeing his promises through, and flinging himself headfirst into trouble at every opportunity.

He's kind-hearted, trusting to a fault, and very naive, but always quick to try and befriend others, whether they want to be or not. You will be his friend. That's not a threat, it's a promise.

Abilities: Kor is a swordsman first and foremost, and one of the few Tales swordsmen to actually be legitimately trained as opposed to kind of winging it and somehow pull it off. He utilizes a sword-and-shield gladiator style of fighting, combining slashes and thrusts with shield strikes to create fluid combos. He's also talented at fighting in the air and maintaining momentum there. Besides the above, he's also capable of using lightning, fire, and light elements in his artes.

Thanks to the Soma he's equipped with, Kor also possesses the ability of "Spiria Linking", which allows him to enter and traverse the hearts of others. He utilizes this power to help people, helping them overcome inner struggles and to help rebalance their emotions so they're not consumed by negative feelings.

As far as dreamotion goes, he demonstrates a high level of proficiency with it, using it to create weaponry, tools, empowering himself. He thinks he created the beach that happened a couple months back. But despite his wrong assumption about that, he is extremely talented with dreamotion and can do almost anything he puts his mind to with it, with his only limit being his lack of creativity.

General: I'd like him to help out more people! Kor managed to get himself a job working for the "therapist" that appeared in Songerein. Don't ask how, some questions are best left unanswered. so now he's officially in the business of helping others with their problems using his powers! So if your character has trauma that needs addressing... /fingerguns

CR Dreams: I'm open to most things, Kor likes making friends and sparring partners and people who like to do things. He thrives with found family scenarios, as he makes a great big brother figure to younger characters, or a little brother to older characters, due to his childish yet diligent nature. He could also do well with having a mentor of some sort to help rein him in and also help him focus on what he needs to do here since he can do a lot of good with his powers.

About: A kind-hearted, friendly, but rather insecure boy who also just so happens to be the host of the Shining Dragon (and a decent dose of Sad Backstory). As a result he's very timid and worries a lot about hurting other people with his power. He's also used to being a little outcast, lonely, and put up on a pedestal for it. He tends to be easily dragged into things but all in all he's a good friend. He may be a pushover but he still has his limits; he will call you out for being unreasonably cruel. He can be easily intimidated but that doesn't mean he's not down for small talk! Also he does have a fondness for music. Not just because it was often used to calm him when he went berserk, but he just likes a nice tune. If you're a musician then chances are you'll get along pretty well with him.

He's also great at encouraging and being kind to his friends but by god he can get flustered pretty easily when flirted with.

Abilities: He's pretty decent with a two-handed sword and also has a small variety of magic, from buffs to a bit of healing and a lightning spell. None of his magic is particularly massive or ultra-powerful, but he has some decent variety.

While normally he is able to shapeshift into the Shining Dragon, that power has become dormant upon his arrival. In time, he may decide to recreate that ability, albeit without the many dangers that come with it. After all, he doesn't want to accidentally wipe a mountain off the map because he got startled by a bug. Again.

In the meantime, he'll most likely appear as the Shining Dragon - in its restrained form - in the dreamscape. He's got mixed feelings about this, but he's getting used to it. He's also trying to experiment with dreamotion to form some light spells, in hopes that he can learn ways to use that ability in less harmful ways...but he's still got to get over his fears of hurting others first.

General: He's working on getting a handle on dreamotion, but he could use some help on that front since he's still uncertain about it. He'll probably just start off with some smaller light spells but maybe work his way towards conjuring some illusions (with the end goal to semi-recreate his dragon form).

CR Dreams: Friends and found family are always welcome! Yuma does not do well by himself as he's prone to spirals of insecurity and defeatism. However, around other people this very quickly does a 180, and not just because of the possibility of others reassuring him. Just being around other people who are kind to him and treat him as an equal is enough to lift his spirits and make him feel a little more normal and accepted.

Yuma can also be a reliable and empathetic friend, willing to encourage others and reassure them if they're having troubles. He's also great as a voice of caution, given how wary he is of people being hurt. Alternately, if you just want to be friends with a dragon, it's hard to go wrong with him. (Though he's still working on getting that form back, so he's just gonna be human for now...)
